Charming, relaxing, quiet place to stay. Great views from both balconies. Great place to get away and still close to restaurants and Indy.

Nice break from the day to day pace of life and was as a wonderful place to stay when visiting our son for family weekend at Ball State.Cynthia was a great host, gracious and very responsive. The property was perfect and she provided more than we could have asked for. The carriage house was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding property is beautiful, quiet and away from the hubbub of town but close enough to easily get to the campus, shopping or dining. Grateful to have had the opportunity to stay. The only regret we had is we couldn’t stay longer! :-)

Fantastic property

The property was exactly as advertised and a little more. The scenic view from the Carriage House was worth the stay in itself. The carriage house with the wood floors and cabinets is cute and very clean. Cynthia and Joe are very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

Beautiful grounds. Relaxing atmosphere.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. Hosts Joe and Cynthia were extremely accommodating. After the excitement of attending the Indy 500 in a crowd of 300,000, it was nice the next morning to relax in solitude on the deck overlooking the pond. The grounds are beautiful. It is secluded, but not far from shopping areas. The house is well equipped and has all the amenities one would want. We had a wonderful time.

This is an ideal spot if you’re planning to visit a child at Ball State! There is a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for hosting a home cooked meal. Helpful tip: be sure to watch your step as you step down from the kitchen. The bathroom houses an amazing shower with plenty of water pressure. Oh, and the site has THE most comfortable bed and pillows that I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO! We will be back!
