We had a great trip staying in this house! It was big enough for our three families, and had lots of spaces for people to lounge and play. There are lots of stairs, so be aware of that.It was a short walk to the beach, and the little cut through path made it quite easy. Easy walk to town too, although there isn’t a sidewalk and you had to watch for cars a good bit.We loved the provided beach towels and the kids loved the bunk and game room. We made some great memories!

Great home with plenty of space. Well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Short walk to Center Street, slightly longer walk to beach. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again.

Everything was PERFECT! The host send all details promptly and very clear instructions for everything we needed. Beautiful home for a large family vacation. Walking distance to beach and TONS of places to eat and shop.

My family and friends loved our stay! Especially the arcade area. Comfortable beds in every room. Amazing short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again and our host Sean was quick to respond.

Awesome place to stay

Great location with a short walk to the beach and all restaurants uptown. House was very clean with a great setup to enjoy time together with your group. Owners communicated very clearly and made the check in/check out process seamless. Would definitely stay here again

Ashley and Sean have been visiting Folly Beach for several years. We are so excited to have purchased this beautiful home and look forward to sharing it with our guests. We've visited the area first as a couple, and then as a growing family. With children aged 2 to 17, we've experienced every version of the Folly Beach/Charleston experience: From lattes and barhopping as young adults, to fine dining and plantation tours as a "mature" couple, to surfing lessons, dolphin-watching and beach days as a family! We love the laid back attitude of Folly and we know you will too!
