Avoid at all costs.

Property is genuinely awful. In an extremely bad part of town. Decoration is poor. Lots of stains and marks on the walls. Two bedrooms windows don't close (they told us it was recent but review in feb 2022 show it was an issue then). Low shower pressure. Two blinds didn't have the string to open to close. Burn stains on the carpets. Kitchen cupboard was collapsed. Front door lock very loose. KeyBox had lots of damage and didn't seem safe. Raising complaint with Vrbo.

We aree we very sorry to hear of the issues you experienced in one of our properties. We always take feedback in board and look to improve things where possible. The blinds were fine as were the kitchen cupboards. If you or any guests have issues you can reach us at any time during your stay. We didn’t hear from you regarding any issues at all all now during your stay. Additionally the area is safe and without issues, if staying in a multicultural area is a no no for you then I guess this isn’t the property for you, the property is cleaned and refreshed in all rooms by a reputable cleaning company. We thank you all the same for your review. We wouldn’t host you in the future due to how the prioperty was left

Nice house

This lovely house is highly recommended. It is clean and big enough for family for a short stay in Nottingham. Close to city. Thank you very much!

So poor

Communication with the owner was great but saw the location and it’s was so disappointing bedroom window doesn’t close cold all night even though heater was on. Smaller in person than pictures it was so disappointing. But good view from one of the rooms upstairs at night

Please avoid this guest at all costs. Currently waiting for the police to take action after reporting criminal damage due to parties being held and endless mess and damage to the property.
