Spacious, but Ft. Knox-ish

Location, space, and cleanliness were great, but the carpet and furniture are in bad need of upgrade. The building security system restricted us - allowing only one of us to be able to unlock the external door to enter the building. The other was dependent on the 1st guest to come down to the street level to let them in.

Cute place

Very cute and clean. The manager was very responsive. Being a single mom with two young children I felt safe at the location. I wish there were more cooking utensils and dishes as I like to cook when I travel. I loved having the inflatable mattress for the kids and it came with extra sheets.

Great location

It took us a little while to figure out the app. We kept pushing the elevator button without anything happening. Then we realized we had to unlock the elevator with the wise app. other than that we really enjoyed the stay

Convenient Location

We were in town for a concert at the Toyota Center. Perfect location, easy walk, centrally located to all sporting venues. The condo was as expected based off pictures and descriptions. The in and out process was pretty cumbersome with the app; I found it overly complicated for something so simple. My only other gripe is the random trash scattered throughout the building. I’m assuming the permanent tenants are too lazy to bring to the chute. You may want to look into that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

10 week stay over the summer

I was in town over the summer for an internship and had a pleasant experience staying here. Property was clean, close to everything downtown, and the property manager responded to my questions in a timely manner. The overall experience was smooth and stress-free which was perfect for a long-term stay

Couldn't have gone smoother

First time we used Vrbo instead of staying at a hotel and I have to say, it was the BEST! Our rental was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was superb as well! Close to everything we needed, especially the Astros/Yankees game. Host communication was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is really nice, comfortable, clean, has everything you need. The gym access is great and well equipped. The main issue is the noise from outside, had to wear earplugs every night because there are lots of drivers with loud cars all through the night, music blasting, very disruptive. A shame because the apartment is so lovely. It appears to be single glazed so maybe investing in some double glazing would help. Great communication throughout and efficient checkin / checkout. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Better than a hotel!!

2 day stay for a conference downtown and was able to walk to convention center only 3/4 of a mile and took me about 12 minutes. Free parking was a great bonus. The bed was okay but very quiet never heard a neighbor.

Nice Downtown Apartment

We stayed here during our four-night, three-day trip to Houston. Our host provided detailed check-in procedures which made our arrival seamless. Parking was easy and convenient. The apartment itself was well-maintained and comfortable. We attended the Rockets game at the Toyota Center. It was just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Downtown restaurants are within walking distance and other popular restaurants and sites are just a short ride away. Check-out was easy. We highly recommend this property.

Great Downtown Location

This is a great place to stay when your destination is downtown Houston. It's close to everything with all the convenience of home. The apartment is very comfortable with spacious rooms, huge bathroom and closet. I found it true as advertised. Super comfortable beds and kitchen equipped with the essentials. Owner's nice and super responsive. I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Houston Condo

Love the city light view on the rooftop terrace and pool area. The place is very well maintained and pretty. The maintenance team needs to use cleaner mops to clean. Please soak them in chlorax and disinfect them before using. The elevator was freshly mopped and smelled like a dirty mop. My condo’s carpet needs to be steam cleaned and the floor also needed a better cleaning. Everything else was very nice. There was spices and coffee and sugar and sodas. The place was very pretty.

Cute apartment in Downtown Houston

The apartment is lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. It was a bit confusing getting in the first time but no problems after that. Street noise is fairly loud at night. Location is excellent for event at convention center.

Stayed at this modern, cheery, bright, clean property whilst in town for a conference. Nice walk to George Brown as well as Toyota Center. Complementary coffee and water during my stay. Ashterie was always available to reply promptly to any questions I had. Really appreciated the very private balcony especially after dealing with hundreds of people at the conference! Did not have time to try the pool nor the gym so cannot comment. Would definately stay here again! Thank you Ashterie!

Great Spot

Was in town for a conference. It was about a 10 minute walk to the convention center. Area was safe and the building was secure. Beautiful apartment and very quiet!
