This family oriented 3-story studio town house has an awesome location, and the best of two worlds, a sweet spot, a hidden gem in the midst of the shadows of downtown Houston skyscrapers and front entrance into midtown. Positioning you in the middle by offering attractions of both worlds and at the same time providing opportunities for adventure and close access to entertainment venues, sports stadiums, theaters, museum districts, the medical center, restaurants and bars, also walking distance to award-winning Buffalo Bayou Park 160 acres of green space with its famed scenic waterway, hike & bike trails. Nearby metro rail can take you to famed Medical Center in about 10 minutes. Quick 1-hour commute to Galveston Island, making it easy to plan your visit and connect with locals and city culture.

Townhouse is very clean, has everything needed, very nice patio on top floor to relax, very close to all entertainment downtown within walking distance no need to drive, 4th ward safe. Owners are very friendly! I would stay again if in the area again.

First of all, I love the location. I was walking distance to the theater district, courthouse, and entertainment. It was a short drive to amazing food and cool hangout spots. Secondly, the house was super comfy, had great finishes, and cool features like the patio on the top level.

This is a great stay, and a perfect location. We were both close to downtown and also found that midtown restaurants were walkable. It was clean with everything we needed. The house looks much bigger from the outside. It is listed as a 2 bedroom studio: in reality, there is one bedroom that is a studio style on the main floor and a 2nd bedroom upstairs. This inside is very compact, but has everything needed for a few people. We would stay here again!

Clean rooms attentive host.Every text answered.Beautiful Place with a great balcony good location!!! If you are a larger person the drawback is upstairs shower and both toilets are small. Overall good experience for a decent price...
Great balcony would remove the twin beds upstairs and put a folding queen.
