Blissful, serene waterfront Deerfield Beach retreat. Close to the beach.

Beautiful fully renovated waterfront coastal house with 70' dock with recently added mooring whips in the exclusive Cove community. Perfectly situated between the Boca and Hillsboro ocean inlets, this deep water no fixed bridge home is perfect for the avid boater. Located six blocks from the world famous Deerfield Beach with parks, restaurants, boardwalk and international Pier. House features spacious back yard with a fully automated heated pool and spa controlled on a provided tablet in a relaxing atmosphere. Mix some drinks around the pool bar and enjoy the spectacular Florida sunsets. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Relax in the newly appointed coastal furniture with calming ocean accents. Once you step through the front door you will immediately feel the blissful, carefree feel of this Deerfield Beach Cove retreat.

For those boaters who are planning to rent a boat or bring their own boat, there are quiet a few boat rental agencies in the area and the Pioneer Park Public Boat Launch is 1.6 miles away. Needless to say you have full use of the dock during your stay.

In the reservation, please let me know if you are planning to bring any pets. Pets are allowed. $150 pet fee.

There is a four day minimum booking requirement. However, when a two or three day booking becomes available, pre approval will be required by the host before an instant booking will be accepted. No one day bookings allowed.

Pet Friendly house and a great backyard with pool and cabana hut. Walkable to many restaurants and Publics supermarkets is close. Deerfield’s beach area has many good restaurants

This beautiful house sits on a canal and has a backyard that is so relaxing and enjoyable. The pool is so nice and plenty of lounge chairs and a beautiful covered space with a sectional couch. This house has an amazingLocation. Restaurants are walking distance and Publix supermarket is 5 min away. Very relaxing house and location. The host is super attentive and works quickly to resolve any issues.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The host was friendly, easy to reach, and always willing to help. The neighborhood was great, with lots of restaurants and things to do close by. We also loved seeing all the fun Halloween decorations around.

This is our 2nd stay at this property and it did not disappoint! For a family with adult kids, the layout and extra den/living room works perfectly for us. The location is convenient to walk to lots of things and for exploring the area. The neighborhood is very beautiful and safe to walk or run. The water view and pool area are a must for vacation vibes in Florida. The hot tub is very easy to use and we enjoyed it most nights even in August!

What a fun week! The house is amazing, the pool is amazing and you can walk to the beach! Very quiet area but plenty to do nearby. Mike is a great host! Favorite spot was the covered sitting area by the pool

Excellent spot

Outstanding property, incredible location. The view was unbelievable and it was so close to great restaurants and bars to entertain all ages. Fifteen min walk to to the beach as well!

Perfect size for our family of eight adults, place was spotless. conveniently located to beach , restaurants . Mike let us know he was available to contact if we had any questions or issues (we had none).Will rent again in the future.

Great Property!

This is a great property! The house was clean, well maintained, and spacious. We spent a lot of time in the heat pool and spa. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location is excellent. Restaurants were a short walk from the house and the beach was easy to get to.

Another Great Year At This Property

This was our 3rd year in this rental. We stayed a month and it was fabulous. House being a ranch with 3 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths makes this house spacious. My favorite part of the house is the backyard - beautiful pool and hot tub that gets full sun all day, comfortable furniture under a structure for shade and a view of the canal with boats. Restaurants and bars within walking distance at The Cove.

It is always amazing to me the beauty and wonder of South Florida from the national parks to the night life and beaches. My family and I have visited almost all the National Parks from the Dry Tortugas off the Florida Keys to Big Cypress and the Everglades. There is so much to see. I highly encourage you to set aside some time to visit these wonderful places and learn about the history of South Florida.

Located within walking distance to the pristine beach (five blocks) and many restaurants and shopping , the location makes it easy to go out and sight see. If you are looking for a little less activity, the house and back yard with the heated pool and spa will allow for some relaxing down time. Once you step through the front door you will immediately feel the blissful, carefree feel of this Deerfield Beach Cove retreat.

Located between West Palm beach and Fort Lauderdale airport, you are able to pick either direction and visit. There is truly a lot to do and see in the area. I would encourage you to pre plan your trip and visits.

The house has just finished a total renovation as of Oct 10th, 2021. The fully automated Pool and Spa will be controlled by a tablet that will be left in the house with instructions. I have also provided you with everything that I think that you would need on a vacation to make your vacation experience a wonderful one.
