FORT LAUDERDALE IS A VERY PEACEFUL CITY, AND OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD IS CLOSE TO LOTS OF RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING, AND ONLY 1 MILE CLOSE TO THE BEACH.

Easy communication with host. Pool area great for kids. Specious home. Close to shopping/restaurants/beaches. Was fortunate to check in early and have a late checkout(that was a big plus for us).Tile floor in home was filthy (feet got black walking barefoot), kept losing "hot" water when showering and loud noise from pool filter was very annoying .

The property was just as described. The pool was beautiful. We lounge outside all day for the four days we were there. The master suite and bedrooms were just as described. The bathrooms were clean and had enough towels for us. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to have breakfast every day. The washer and dryer were as described.We did arrive one hour early and the host was gracious enough to allow us in as the house was already cleaned and awaiting us. I definitely appreciated the communication between us both.

Everything in this house was as advertised. We had a fantastic week. The pool was great the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well maintained. Would definitely stay again if I can find the right date. The hosts were more than accommodating.

The house is beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. Communication with the host was very easy. There are alot of extras at the house that come in handy. Plenty of pool/beach towels. Plenty of beach chairs.an air matress if needed. Childrens toys & life vest. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, laundry detergent, toilet paper. They thought of everything. The kitchen has everything you will need. The neighborhood is great. Close to stores, gym and the beach. Book this house you will not be disappointed.

Pool, accurate listing, quiet neighborhood, everything looks just like picture I think it actually look better in person. The communication was good. The location was ok for me because most of the things I did was in Miami so I had long drive hours but other than that 5 stars

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in was super easy. We fit comfortably a family of 8. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook, bake and even store leftovers. Pool and Beach gear was available. Beach, restaurants, and major stores were in close proximity. I’m a clean freak and the hostess even Amazon’s a mop kit for me as I had a crawling 1 year old. One negative was the outdoor grill which was not cleaned well, and had a lot of grease buildup. Overall, the home is tastefully done and I would recommend it to my family and friends. I certainly will return again.

Had a great time with the family. The house is clean, close to the beach and has everything you need. The pool was great after a day at the beach. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Great girls’ spring break location

This home was exactly as advertised. It had luxurious finishes throughout, was immaculately clean, and was very well stocked with all the things you would need to enjoy the pool, the beach, or just stay in and prepare a meal.Communication with the host was timely and helpful. We had zero issues with access. Everything worked as it should. We would definitely stay again.

With Sliding doors that open completely to the patio, the house has ample seating inside with additional outdoor seating around the Pool. The Car Garage and Large Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. There is no street parking allowed but the large driveway and car garage can accommodate up to approximately 5 cars.

With Florida’s year round sunny weather, you can Dine on the Patio, take a Dip or catch some rays from the Sun Shelf in the newly remodelled, HEATED Salt Water Pool.

The Large Open Living Room has Leather Corner Couches, an additional Work Area and a wall mounted 65" Inch Smart TV, to watch Netflix, Surf the Internet and the luxury of watching Movies & TV shows “On Demand’ or record your Favourite Programs on the DVR Cable box.

The Kitchen has an Oversized Island with 3 bar stools, brand new Stainless Steel Appliances, including a Dishwasher, Cook top, Oven, Microwave, Garbage Disposal and Refrigerator that dispenses Water and Ice.
Also have beach chairs and a cooler for your beach days. The Backyard is fully fenced for privacy.
