This is the best home for a getaway!! The pool is amazing with a private backyard. There are pool toys and float tubes. Beautiful backyard! The home is immaculate and clean! You'll feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms, which are nicely decorated. The closets are great! Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The owner is great with communication and very nice! I highly recommend and will return to this beautiful home.

Easy communication with host. Pool area great for kids. Specious home. Close to shopping/restaurants/beaches. Was fortunate to check in early and have a late checkout(that was a big plus for us).Tile floor in home was filthy (feet got black walking barefoot), kept losing "hot" water when showering and loud noise from pool filter was very annoying .

Our housekeeping team thoroughly cleans and mops the floors after every guest, and this has not been raised as a concern before. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have addressed it immediately, as guest comfort is very important to us. Regarding the pool equipment, when the pool heater is running it does produce operational noise this is completely normal and part of the heating system functioning properly. As for the hot water, the home is equipped with a full-capacity water heater designed to accommodate guests, and we did not receive any notice about this during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can promptly assist. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.

Everything in this house was as advertised. We had a fantastic week. The pool was great the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well maintained. Would definitely stay again if I can find the right date. The hosts were more than accommodating.

Amazing house

Great stay , this house was perfect for hosting our family and friends from out of town! The house was very clean and the owner was very accommodating. Everything was immaculate we were so so happy. Will be staying again

Pretty House

We all enjoyed our stay! Comfy beds, great kitchen with everything you need to cook and the pool was very nice. Would stay again!

Completely Remodeled in 2023. Located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale, Less Than 1 miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach, conveniently located minutes away from Whole Foods, Target, Publix’s and Amazing Restaurants. Approx. 9 miles from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) Airport.

Enjoy Indoor/Outdoor living w/ Patio Dining & Heated Salt Water Pool. Newly Renovated & Thoughtfully Furnished with Brand New Furniture, Bedding, Towels, Dishes, Houseware, Memory Foam Mattresses & Hurricane Impact Windows & Doors.
Whether your looking for a place to relax, reconnect or entertain, The spacious open concept Living Dining kitchen Area,. Oversized Kitchen Island and Large Private Fenced Backyard is the Perfect Space for your Family and Friends, which also includes a dining table with 6 chairs & 6 Lounge Chairs & 4 Burner Weber BBQ+ Propane!

With Sliding doors that open completely to the patio, the house has ample seating inside with additional outdoor seating around the Pool. The Car Garage and Large Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. There is no street parking allowed but the large driveway and car garage can accommodate up to approximately 5 cars.

With Florida’s year round sunny weather, you can Dine on the Patio, take a Dip or catch some rays from the Sun Shelf in the newly remodelled, HEATED Salt Water Pool.

The Large Open Living Room has Leather Corner Couches, an additional Work Area and a wall mounted 65" Inch Smart TV, to watch Netflix, Surf the Internet and the luxury of watching Movies & TV shows “On Demand’ or record your Favourite Programs on the DVR Cable box.

The Kitchen has an Oversized Island with 3 bar stools, brand new Stainless Steel Appliances, including a Dishwasher, Cook top, Oven, Microwave, Garbage Disposal and Refrigerator that dispenses Water and Ice.
Also have beach chairs and a cooler for your beach days. The Backyard is fully fenced for privacy.
