Welcome to the Roar & Rest Retreat, a spacious and newly renovated 4-bedroom home nesting at foot of the White Mountains. It is conveniently located right on Route 3, making it easy to reach and saving you time on traveling. Our place offers plenty of room for families and groups to unwind and enjoy. Within 10-15 minutes, there are Loon Mountain, Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon Mountain, Alpine Adventures, Clark's Bear and many other attractions. 4 minutes to restaurants, breweries, and shops.
This 4-bedroom, 2- full bathroom house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 twin beds, a sleeper couch and a portable crib.
Enjoy cooking in the fully loaded kitchen and dine in the dedicated dining area or the cozy breakfast nook. The game room is the best place to keep your children busy while you are focusing on cooking (don't ask me how I know about this).
For your convenience, there’s also a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.
Whether you’re here to explore or relax, our home has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Hi! We’re thrilled to welcome you. I'm mechanical engineer who loves cycling, snowboarding and hosting lovely guests. I live in Massachusetts with my husband and our 8-year-old daughter who shares our love for outdoor adventure. We have loved the White Mountains for years, visiting often for hiking, snow activities, and more. We got this place to enjoy and share with fellow outdoor lovers. We chose this neighborhood because the White Mountain area offers endless adventures for all seasons. Whether it's hiking through breathtaking trails, ziplining through the treetops, exploring theme parks, or skiing and snowboarding in the winter, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. My family and I have loved this area for years—it’s close to home yet feels like a true getaway. Whenever we need to recharge, the White Mountains are always our first choice for a perfect escape into nature and excitement.

It's a spacious home that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or trips with friends. Located close to an abundance of activities—hiking, skiing, ziplining, theme parks and skiing/snowboarding —it’s a gateway to all the fun and beauty the White Mountains have to offer. The home is newly renovated, thoughtfully maintained, and lovingly decorated, reflecting the care our family has put into it. Guests consistently rave about their experiences here, and we take pride in providing a place where memories are made."
