Wow, just wow! An amazing fall weekend staying in this beautiful home, one which exceeded our expectations! It was clean and well-appointed and truly made us feel as if we were "home away from home". The neighborhood was quaint and within walking distance to a park, a train depot, restaurants, coffee shops, a yummy candy shop, and the lake. The Host responded to my questions in a timely manner as was warm and inviting. We will definitely look to stay in this home on future visits to Vermilion!

We have stayed at many places over the years and by far this house has been the cleanest. We only stayed 2 nights but it was perfect. Host was fantastic and gave us suggestions for our weekend.

Loved our convenient location to downtown vermilion, shopping and beach. House had everything we needed in perfect working order. House was spotless and everything i needed was available. Looking forward to staying there again next year. Wonderful time.

Superbly maintained cute little home, perfect for one or two couples or a family of four. Very clean, immaculate. Location is perfect for getting to the lake, shopping and dining in town. All just a short walk ... 5 minutes or less. Highly recommended ... we hope to be back.

Great location!

This house is in a perfect location. Easy walk into town where there are shops and restaurants and close to the beach (although we were there in October). The house was super clean and had everything you would need. We did not use the kitchen but it was well stocked with plenty of cookware, etc. The coffee bar with fresh ground coffee from the local shop along with K cups was a nice touch and delicious. Owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. We hope to stay there again next year.

Great Location!

We loved our stay here. Clean and comfortable and the location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and town. Visited all the lighthouses and marshes, including McGree. Would book this again!

Nice Property and Great Location

The location of the home is in a good neighborhood and easy walking distance to downtown. The home was very clean and comfortable. Lisa was great to work with and provided everything we needed. I would recommend the property and we plan on staying again when we return to Vermilion.

Place was spotless! Bedding in both bedrooms was luxurious. Cold bottled water in fridge! Literally walking distance from downtown with cute shops and cafes. Check in process was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everyone should enjoy Vermilion.

One of the most accurate, well appointed, conveniently located VRBO properties we have booked. The manager is so easy to converse with whether it be text or phone. Beautiful, well- painted property.

Excellent Location

We spent 3 nights here, with other family members staying a another VRBO about a mile away. Our location was fantastic, about a 3-5 minute walk to downtown and the beach, and the house was extremely clean and just as advertised. The only downside was the lack of a lamp sufficient to read by in the living room, necessitating having to read at the dining room table or in bed, with the overhead and night stand lamps on. Adding one would be my only suggestion. This was our first stay in Vermilion, and we would definitely return.

2nd time we’ve stayed and would stay again!

Great location and a cute little house. Beds comfy and owners have stocked house with many extra things to make your stay amazing! (Beach towels, chairs, cooler, coffee, makeup wipes, etc). Only two things I would change- keep a can of cooking spray for guests to use (I think they had one last year, but not this this year and it’s just one of those things I always forget to bring for cooking!) and changing the door code after each stay. I noticed the code was laminated on the house instructions so to me that meant it was the same which made me slightly uneasy knowing anyone whose stayed there could potentially access the house still. We didn’t have any problems or anything I’d just say better safe than sorry!
