This secluded, wooded property has a three-bedroom house with 2 full baths, a large living room, and a finished basement which includes a wood burner and pool table. This is a great place if you’re looking to get away and enjoy nature. The house has an outside deck that oversees a ravine and creek. There’s also
plenty of outdoor space if you’d like to have a bonfire.

We are asking guests to take off their shoes. We put a lot of effort in keeping the house clean so guests are comfortable and can enjoy their stay.

Guests should not organize parties or at the house with outside visitors and without the permission from the host.

The basement wood burner can be used by guests. Host will provide the firewood and start the fire.

Beautiful property

We had a lovely time at this property. Beautiful scenery all around. Our hosts were wonderful and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Family X-mas

Our family was having X-mas near Tiffin and my family of 8 was a bit much to impose on my sisters so we happened to look on VRBO and found this retreat.Everything was awesome! Listing was accurate, property manager was easy and pleasant to deal with. So much better than a couple hotel rooms.We will definitely use this again when going back for family events!

Perfect country spot for your trip to Tiffin, the shrine in Carey, and more!

Spacious accommodations in a lovely country setting near Tiffin and the shrine at Carey. It is run by a lovely family that lives nearby. The house has not one but TWO decks to enjoy in good weather. Even in late fall we had the pleasure of watching a woodpecker from the dining room window. Relax among the trees during your visit to Tiffin or the shrine in Carey!
