The large living room is situated just across from the kitchen and features an oversized comfy couch and a flat-screen smart TV. If your group can’t decide on what to watch, there is another lounge area upstairs with an additional TV and seating area.

The stunning outdoor space is the perfect spot to work on your tan or relax after a long day of exploring the parks. Grab a cold beverage and lie back on the sun loungers, relax in the shade with a good book, or have a soak in the hot tub. There’s also a grill and outdoor dining table.
This entire area is screened in, so you can enjoy the warm Florida sunshine without all the bugs!

A maximum of 6 cars is allowed, with 3 cars permitted on-site and 3 in the park.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and the resort amenities (listed above). All resort amenities are included in the booking.
Solara Resort is one of the newest vacation home resorts in the Orlando area, with first-class amenities for an amazing vacation experience. You can find the incredible FlowRider® - a surf simulator that is the delight of adults and children alike. You can also spend time in the gratifying climate-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. Solara Resort boasts a fitness center and multiple sports courts for active families.

🎯Extra charge if you'd like to use:
- BBQ grill cleaning fee: $45
The propane and gas tank will be self-catering.
- Heated pool: $45 per day for the entire stay if booked in advance (at least 48 hours before stay), or $50 per day if booked during the stay (4 days minimum).
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Available upon room availability with a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are requested to notify management of their intended timing.
- Additional Guest Charges: Beyond 24 guests, there's a fee of $25 per person per night for each additional guest.

Luxurious villa with professional designed furniture, fun-filled resort amenities, great location - our property offers everything you can wish for for your perfect getaway! It is located in Solara resort, only minutes to the gates of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, I-Drive, Disney Springs and Florida’s beaches. The home can accommodate up to 24 guests with 5 king beds, queen, full, twin and bunk bed. There are 6.5 bathrooms within the home and a master ensuite on the first floor
While staying at our 9-bedroom villa, you'll be able to enjoy:
*2 large gathering places: 1 spacious living room downstairs + 1 additional space upstairs
* fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and large countertop, where you can prepare delicious meals AND use it as an additional dining area
* a separate dining room with extra large table for your big group
* game room downstairs
