The house was ready as scheduled and upon review it was clean, very spacious and look exactly as in the photos. The only drawback I would say is that the beds can use some updates and the living rooms chairs. The area was nice and the clubhouse was pretty cool. The property managers were very thorough the house information was received in a timely manner. They would send message to of certain updates and see how your stay is going. If you message them they respond quickly. All in all my family & I enjoyed our stay very beautiful home.

Reviewer Comments: The rental property was absolutely amazing, no issues that would deter me from using the property again it was very clean, a very beautiful home decorated nicely. The ice maker didn’t work but I purchased bags of ice so that wasn’t a big issue, and the refrigerator shelves were off track. Although there were a couple complaints about a few of the beds being hard All of my family enjoyed the stay. (Minor suggestions, add more lighting around the pool area and replace shelves in the refrigerator). Other than that our stay was great! I definitely would recommend to my friends and family!

Great Stay for Golfers

Our group of 14 golfers had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and hand plenty of space for all of us. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby golf courses, and the property itself was spotless. We encountered no issues during our stay, which made for a stress-free experience. The only potential improvement would be upgrading the beds, as others have mention, they could be more comfortable. Overall, it was a great place for a golfing getaway, and we would consider returning!

Disney family vacation

Overall, great stay! Thank you to the staff that came out and fixed the broken bed! That was very much appreciated! Some of the mattresses we had issues with. A few of them need replaced. Everything else was great! We had a fun family vacation!

The neighborhood is fairly quiet although often difficult to get to the house with all the cars parked along the street. Overall, it was a good stay.

We had a fairly large family group. Plenty of beds, bathrooms etc. The only issue was hot tub which I paid for didn’t work entire stay. I reached out to management and someone came out to fix it but it never was fixed. Everything else was great. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Vacay! My entire family enjoyed and the home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would recommend and would love to come back when we visit as we vacay in Orlando area 2-3x a year. Perfect area as there is everything around that you need all on the main stretch 192 road.

Family Vacation

The property was everything as described and then some . The location is perfect if you are planning on visiting anything Disney or Sea World and Discovery Cove. The only thing I would recommend is the bed mattresses need to be upgraded or memory foam topper added and there is no can opener.

The internet and phone service was spotty. We got thru it somehow. Also we had a little disagreement with the rental office over the extra charges of $241.00 after we left. They changed us $100 for trash we didn’t leave. I called the office and told them after the trash we met there and no one made a note of it and they tried to blame it on us. When I argued and I asked them to refer to the phone call, they later sent me an email removing the $100.00. The $141 they said was for stain and that I couldn’t challenge much because it was a large group and that could have occurred. Very good place to stay but just pay keen attention to what you see and insist to get the full name of anyone you talk to in their office. I would stay there again.

Family Vacay

The house was very spacious. Every room was occupied and we never felt over crowded. The movie room was awesome! Everyone enjoyed that space. The decor was FABULOUS, loved the wall art. I appreciated that we were provided with some essentials. A guest binder was included and provided information for local stores, attractions and other things. This was very helpful. Some of the beds were not comfortable, but we worked through it. We did encounter some roaches in the kitchen, which made it a little uncomfortable to cook and store food. The Wi-Fi was not the best at all. Most of the time there was connectivity issues. The cleaners should take a little more care when cleaning the bathrooms to include the walls. We utilize one of the vendors to rent a grill. The grill was not in the best of shape. It was very wobbly and difficult for us to level out. We had a neighbor who put trash in our trash bin and it wasn’t bagged, so watch out for your neighbors, as you are responsible for keeping your garbage bagged up. Overall, we had a fantastic time and if some of the above mentioned, items are taken care of, I would absolutely rent this space again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at the rental check in was nice and simple. The code from the email worked no problem. The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for my party of 20. The house was clean and well decorated. Great location as well. The wifi wasn’t very strong and we had issues connecting to the internet or receiving/ making phone calls. The theater room was an awesome amenity. The kids and adults both enjoyed watching movies and playing video games on the huge theater tv. The seating was also quite comfy. The pool and spa were enjoyable however there were not enough pool or bath towels to accommodate my party. I ended up going to Walmart to purchase an additional 9 towels. There was plenty of cutlery and dishes. The beds were terrible! Most of the beds were only pillow toppers on top of box springs and broken slats to support the mattress. My bed in particular did not even have a box spring mattress. I only had a mattress on broken slats so myself and my boyfriend would have to sleep on edges of the bed trying not to sink in the middle. The management company was great to work with.... Very nice and responsive. I was also very disappointed in the community pool/water park/lazy river. The pictures online make the water slides seem much bigger than in reality. The pool drinks are extremely pricey and did not taste very good. Huge waste of money... 3 souvenir cups one was a virgin pina colada and the total was $75. I completely wasted the mango margarita as it was gross. If some tweaks to the home were made on the beds, towels and internet I would consider staying here again. Without improvements though I would look to rent elsewhere.
