Beautiful Windward Pointe 12th floor condo on the Gulf of Mexico right in the heart of Orange Beach Alabama. This non-smoking unit offers a large private balcony with spectacular views of white sand beaches. The condo is professionally decorated and sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom.
Kitchen has granite counter tops and an island. Dining table seats 8 with an additional 2 at the counter. OR enjoy your meals on the balcony overlooking the beach. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony. Perfect for listening to the waves as you fall asleep! All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. A full size washer and dryer is available within the condo. The building has two elevators for your convenience. You'll love the large pool area complete with a gated 'kiddie' pool area, convenient bathrooms and a shady area (all beach side). Or enjoy the large, heated indoor pool which is housed in the same building (in the parking lot) as the sauna, fitness room, and the hot tub! Nearby are restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery stores.
There are nine exceptional golf courses in the area, excellent fishing, great dining and fantastic shopping at the nearby outlet mall. Gambling is 1 hour and 45 minutes away in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Person renting unit (1) must be at least 25 years old, (2) is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and (3) must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.
Smoking and/or vaping are not allowed anywhere in the unit or on the balcony. NO PETS are allowed as they are forbidden by the condo association for renters. In addition the unit owners asthma is triggered by pet dander. We ask you to respectfully leave your pets at home.
Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars (MAXIMUM) for a nominal rate per car and is good for your entire stay. If you don't register your cars, you could be booted. Parking spaces cannot be guaranteed during peak times.
