The space
The property is located at an elevation of 4000 Feet. The whole 5-acre property is in a sloped area.

Guest access
1. All the property excluding the garbage(s)
2. Bedroom#3 has 3 closets, only 1 accessible to guests, and the other 2 locked and used to store the owner's personal belongings.

Other things to note
1. Our house is right in between the woods(next to CA-88 but the backyard takes to miles of wilderness). You might see wildlife (Deer, Rabbits, wild birds, etc.) wandering our property from time to time. One of the guests spotted trespassing domestic cows with bells
2. From time to time the bed sheets/duvets/towels/rugs/types of furniture/etc. might be replaced due to normal wear and tear and sometimes they might not always match the pictures in the listing. For example, if the rug gets too dirty we might just remove it as it can't be replaced or cleaned before the next guest's check-in or might replace it with a different colored one that's available.
3. During winter it snows heavily on our property. Snow gets plowed on our private road(holiday ln) by county but we don't provide snow removal service, instead, we provide snow shovels.
4. The professional home monitoring system is turned off during guest stays and turned back on after the scheduled check-out time. But outdoor security cameras will be on w/ motion detection
5. On 2nd floor go through the 3rd bedroom to get to the 4th bedroom via. bathroom 3
6. Outdoor pool NOT available/closed for good
