Summary:

One Floor living, this Pet Friendly, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ranch has it all. A beautiful fenced in yard for yourfur babies, right next door to Skanellus Restaurant, a very well known restaurant in Skaneateles where you can enjoy the best ice cream, extensive menu and classic cars, and just two miles form the village center.



This beautiful newly renovated ranch is one story living & situated just on the edge of town, in a quiet country setting! You will enjoy the peace and serenity here while your pup enjoys playing in the fenced in back yard. Walk next door to SkanEllus Restaurant open May -October, where they have an extensive menu including several kinds of ice cream and offer certain events throughout the season. This house is centrally located and just 2 miles from the center of the village and Skaneateles lake, as well as a short drive to wineries, distilleries, hiking, and other activities. It is also just 25 minutes to Syracuse. Everything is on the main floor including the washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and features granite counter tops. The living room and all bedrooms have smart tv’s, wireless cable provided by Spectrum and high speed internet. The is forced air heat/central air as well.



**Primary guest will need to be 30 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.



**Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.



**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $500.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

Interaction with Guests:

Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals will send the guest a rental agreement, home instructions and directions to the home. Once the guest checks in we will attempt to call or text the guest to make sure everything is satisfactory with the home upon arrival.

Family reunion

After a long flight from the West coast, & a drive from Rochester, this house was a welcome sight. The Home was beautiful. clean. & welcoming. Our hope is to stay again on our next trip to NY.

A very comfortable stay

The house is so very comfortable and pleasant, everything you could need and want is there. The backyard is such a great place to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Dealing with Debbie is so great, she is there is answer any question and give you suggestions as to where to go to get the most out of your stay. A place too nice to miss!!!!!

Great pet friendly spot

We were in New York for a wedding and needed to bring our dogs, so being able to have a rental that was pet friendly was so great. The fenced in yard was huge! And the location was only minutes from downtown skaneateles and from the wedding venue itself.

Highly recommend

We stayed here for a friends weekend and the house was perfect for the 4 adults, 1 child and dogs that we had. It was so clean, the layout is amazing and it had everything we needed. We will 100% be staying here again!

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay. The home was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. It truly felt like a home, and not a sterile rental home. The check in/ out process was seamless. Debbie was super responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful house!

We are discriminating renters and have rented multiple homes from Finger Lakes Luxury Rentals. We are never disappointed! This house is beautifully renovated with renters in mind. It is clean, modern, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms updated with good showers, large flat-screen TV's with lots of viewing options, high speed internet (that reaches to the patio, so can enjoy the backyard while online), furniture is new, clean and compfortable throughout the house, well-equipped kitchen with full-size, new appliances, central air conditioning that works great, beautiful backyard that is completely fenced in for pets, great outdoor dining and fire pit areas, ample parking, and only a 2 minute drive from downtown. Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals is available 24/7, and promptly answers any call. You can rent this or any of their houses with complete confidence. Enjoy!

Such a lovely place

This property is exactly as it is stated — even the cleanliness! It was perfect and I am a clean person that notices every little thing. The house is nicely appointed with comfortable furniture and bedding and the back yard is so cute to relax and enjoy a nice cool evening. The property manager is very communicative and even went out of their way just to check in on us (politely via text) to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ve found our new go-to place when we’re back in town visiting family. Thank you!

Very Pleased

We stayed for nine days and enjoyed the three bedrooms and big living room. The neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. The house was immaculate. Parking was a plus with the circle driveway. Debby, the manager checked in with us and made sure everything was good and offered to fix anything that we informed her of. The only issues we had were that the walk-in shower was small, so we used the other tub/shower and the stools were small to get up on the bed with ( I would suggest a medical step), but we did not inform the manager. The home is about a mile from Skaneateles and there is a nice ice-cream shop on the corner. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect stay

We loved our stay for a long weekend getaway. The house layout and size was great for 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. Having a fenced in yard to not worry about the kids and dogs was wonderful (do check for gaps in the bottom of the fence as my 83 pound golden found a spot to wiggle through.) The location was very convenient to town and accessing the other lakes and attractions. One quirk to note, the water in the tub faucet is reveresed. You will get cold water the further to the hot side. We didn't figure it out until the last day as we just thought there was not enough hot water. Overall it was a great weekend and would consider staying again if we go back to the area.

Just Right!

As with all the properties managed by Fingerlakes Luxury Rentals, this property was clean, equipped with everything needed, updated, and a joy to stay in! My husband and I, 2 adult children and their spouses stayed for a long weekend to attend a nearby wedding. It was perfect!

Lovely home in peaceful setting

Comfortable, spotless, high quality furniture and linens. Loved the house and the backyard. Less than 2 miles from Skaneateles. Perfect for a couple or group, family or friends. Best part was able to bring my dog.

Home away from home

The house was very clean, updated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were great. The patio and yard were serene! The bird sounds were many and varied. And the location was close to my daughters house and to the village. Perfect for us!

We Enjoyed our Stay But.....

This property is pretty, convenient and clean. But....the baths and bedrooms are not uniformly functional for older guests like us. The beds are high; suggest addition of a stool so we can get into bed without fearing that we will fall. Shades could not be lowered or raised or opened or closed in various bedrooms. Privacy is important but so is light. There were no chairs in any of the bedrooms for sitting. Sinks in both bathrooms and in the kitchen could not be closed to retain water. There was no place to put soap or shampoo while in the shower in the master bath and no way to adjust the shower head for direction in either bath. In fact, the shower flooded in the master bath! Some of the issues we raise could be simply corrected. Others might require extra effort and $ but the property truly needs some attention in the bedrooms and baths to make older people like us feel comfortable.

Clean, well appointed, comfortable, and welcoming

Our family stayed just a few days at the house to take advantage of Skaneatles and nearby skiing at Song Mountain. The house was easy to find and we didn’t have a single issue getting in or getting comfortable. It was extremely clean and the kitchen/dining/living room were perfect for our family of 6.
