The kitchen, dining area and living room separate the primary ensuite from the other 2 bedrooms and main hall bathroom. This property is just 2.4 miles from the Village where you can enjoy the lake, restaurants and shops. ***PLEASE NOTE- there is a ring doorbell w/camera, camera above garage door and a camera facing the back yard for security purposes.

Guest Access:
There is plenty of parking for 4 cars.

The Neighborhood:
****Please note- The Village of Skaneateles has banned all short term rentals (any stays under 30 days) in 2015 which means there are only a handful of rentals within walking distance. This property is only 2.4 miles form the village center which makes it very convenient to get o by car.

Getting Around:
This property is approximately 30 minutes from the Syracuse International Airport.

Other Things to Note:
Primary guest must be 30 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D. We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, . Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)

Interaction with Guests:
Checkin is 4pm and checkout is 11am. You will receive a key code an hour prior to the 4pm checkin.
