4,119 square foot home available for full access and use. Perfect for large groups and families. This is an excellent value given there is no additional charge per guest and all the amenities that are included. Located on the Queen Creek trail and wash, take a walk or bike ride to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Enjoy the private pool, water slide, and backyard. Full access to the community clubhouse with fitness room and heated pool. We are located just down the road from Legacy Sports Complex/Bell Bank Park (10 min drive) and can house the whole team!

Incredible place!!

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home in a very quiet neighbourhood. Julia & Ben were incredible to deal with! We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the Phoenix area. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Home for Multiple Families

Wonderful, spacious home in safe, quiet neighborhood. Julia and her husband are amazing! They were so communicative and helpful especially when a few things came up, not because of them or the house. Would love to stay in one of their homes again!

Spacious home with a gracious hostess!

Large, spacious home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Quiet neighborhood. Many bedrooms, but house needs more seating for eating to accommodate the potential number of people that could stay there. Adding 4 barstools at the bar at the kitchen would have helped greatly. You couldn't ask for a more gracious hostess!!

Julia - A Great Host!

We had to rent this property due to an unexpected death and family funeral in the area and the size needed to accommodate our family. The house worked well for us. It was crazy hot there in Arizona that week so the pool and excellent air conditioning were awesome! It’s an older home so quirks come with that but you can’t argue with the space. It worked out well for having 12 people and we would come again. The real kicker is that Julia as a host was extremely kind and gracious. She knew why we were coming and showed a lot of compassion and kindness towards us. She had some nice cookies and a kind note waiting for us in the kitchen, she graciously offered early entry and late exit to do whatever she could to help us through our difficult time. Those things alone helped us feel comfort at a difficult time for our family. We really appreciated her as a host!

Great for a group!

We travelled to compete in an event at Horsehoe Park. Loved the location and proximity to stores and restaurants. Having the trail/path behind the home was a treat— enjoyed walking and hiking this. The home was well stocked and Julia even brought us a cooler to use while we were out and about.

Great property!

This was the perfect family getaway! The kids loved the pool table, air hockey, and pool. Plenty of room and very clean! Julia was very responsive.

We had a great time

The home is very large and spacious, which is nice. The master bedroom was wonderful, actually the whole floor plan of the house was wonderful. We came across a few issues, but the owners got right on it and took care of things. There are no neighbors behind the house or on one side of the house however it is at the end of an extremely busy walking trail so there is a lot of foot and bike traffic.

Family Birthday

We had a lovely weekend at this home. Everything we needed to celebrate our grandsons birthday with the family together. The house is large and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the backyard and pool. Julia was a great host who communicated with us every step. Overall terrific stay and we highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful pool

Julia was so easy to talk with, very responsive when we had questions. The house is very spacious and has a lot of activities for our kids. The hot tub had some issues with a slow leak, but it was still usable and we reported to the owner so they were aware. The location was great and in a nice neighborhood. Pool was beautiful!

Amazing owners!

This house is very spacious and worked great for 4 adults and 4 kids. There were two bedrooms we didn’t even use. The owners are amazing! Super friendly and very quick to respond if anything is needed. The pool was great but had a lot of debris floating on top. This may just be timing as it was a very windy week during our visit. We used the net daily to scoop the debris and all was great after that.

Arizona Queen Creek

We loved our stay in AZ the weather was great and the property had plenty of room for our large group. Julia was very responsive to a few questions we had at our stay. The neighborhood was nice, safe, and lots of close shopping and restaurants near by.

Hello! We are Queen Creekers through and through! We have lived in the neighborhood for over 14 years and I am one of the few Native Arizonans that grew up just down the road in Gilbert. My husband is from Canadian and never misses shoveling snow. We are a young family of 6. As a family we make traveling a propriety and have come to the realization, in our book, it is the best for creating lifelong bonds and memories. We want to share our home and help foster that for other families. We live just a few houses away and are happy to accommodate requests to ensure you and yours has a fantastic time!

We used to live in this property and it will always be "home" to us. We are excited to share it with other to enjoy it's amazing features. It is in a beautiful golf course community with lots of green space and views of the mountains. It is at the end of a quite cul-de-sac with very few vehicles or traffic that passes by. Large enough to host a large family or group. Plenty of beds for everyone one to sleep comfortably. Lots for the kids to do from the playground in the backyard, to teens playing pool, air hockey, a large game and movie closet, and of course your own private pool to include everyone! You will fall in love with Queen Creek, as the motto says, Comfort of the Country, Convenience of the City. It is close enough to anything you need but set apart enough to enjoy the stars and quiet of the country.

The downstairs master bedroom and bathroom is perfect for those that would rather not have to use stairs. We will often hear of renters enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch swing early mornings while the family cooks breakfast together in the large kitchen. Or walking, running, biking down the trail system that connects right behind the property that will take you into the next town without crossing a street or dealing with traffic.
