This was our second stay here and we had another great time. Nothing disappointed. We took the option to pay extra to have the pool temp raised which was definitely worth it since it's January. We don't have anything negative to say, all positive. We would hope to come back!

Our family spent a week here and it what a fantastic place to spend time in Arizona. Our stay was right after Christmas, the weather hovered around 68-73. Doug kindly contacted me before our stay to let me know the colder evenings were cooling off the pool quite a bit, we opted for the extra heat to 85, and glad we did, even when it got down to 60 outside at night, we were still very comfortable in the pool, anything less than 85 would have been pretty chilly, even for us Montana folks! The rest of the house is great, lots of room, very clean, great games for the kids and a pool table for all. There are tons of cooking supplies, but we did add a meat thermometer to the drawer, we used the BBQ and cooked a Prime Rib in the dual oven, and used the built in firepit a few times. Also, we were lucky enough to get quite a few fresh oranges and lemons from the trees in the back yard, very good! The neighbors were all great and very quiet, they do ask that you respect the neighborhood and not make a ton of noise at night, we still swam up to 10pm, but would not jump in (which is fun in a 12 foot deep pool) after 9PM, we would just swim or enjoy the evening stars. I also have to add, we did have a few issues that happened during our stay, no fault of anyone just wear and tear issues, and I was amazed how accommodating Doug was, he responded quickly, took care of the issues even quicker, and communicated constantly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay or a better host!!

Great spot in town with amazing pool. Doug was a fantastic host who was always quick to relpy with any questions we had. Whenever we plan a trip back, we will be looking to stay here again!

Much needed Family Staycation

The pool!!! Had everything each of our family members needed and wanted!!The home was very clean, stocked with games and activities for all ages. Communication with the owner was easy, response to questions quickly answered.

Fantastic place.

Our family came from 3 different locations to all meet up together. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard that is relaxing with a resort like setting. The pool table was lots of fun and the kitchen is nice and large to accommodate the many cooks in our family. The owner was quick to respond to make sure we got settled. We would definitely stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, towels and linens were great, and we were adequately supplied with soaps and TP for the week. Very happy about that! Thank you for providing us with an amazing experience. The pool was everything we hoped for and more.

Family reunion

It is a lot of fun in this 1/4 acre lot, the pool is amazing, back yard is a lot of fun with the built in grill, glass fire pit and seating, pool table, basketball game and arcade in the loft. The kitchen was recently remodeled and everything in this house has been loved by us since we built it in 2002.
