3 bedroom house with fenced in yard and pool close to Syracuse

Centrally located corner lot with a large 5 car driveway. 10 minutes from downtown Syracuse and 5 minutes from Oneida lake. Close to all highways, 81, 481 and the thruway. Well equipped kitchen with a gas stove and other cooking accessories. Large fully fenced yard with deck and a large inground pool. (Pool is open seasonally depending on weather. Generally end of May-Oct) Please note as we are dog friendly, there is an additional $75 pet fee per dog. If you did not check the “traveling with pets” box and you show up with a dog, you will be charged $75 due immediately before you can access the property. We do allow small respectful gatherings and holidays, we do not allow parties. As this house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet time starts at 9pm to respect the neighbors. We are local and will absolutely enforce this rule. If the neighbors complain you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit your payment. Please respect our neighborhood like you live there. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Host was very low key andresponsiv e. A true pleasure to communicate with. Key pad entry worked well. There is amotion detector , not a camera, in the living room. We found this to be duscomforting. House was very clean and beds were comfortable.I gave the owner ideas for improvements and h e responded well.I would stay there again if it was avsilable

This is the perfect place to stay. Location is perfect for us to see our family while in town. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to any questions. This was our third stay at this property. The pool was clean and refreshing. The kids had a great time. Highly recommend.

Family visit

Daily visits from my family that all live in nearby towns. The pool and central air were great with the heatwave we had. The fenced in yard allowed our dog to be off a lead and we didn’t need to worry about him.The property is in a residential area, and close enough to grocery stores, restaurants etc.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent experience at this VBRO in Cicero NY. Our son was graduating from Syracuse and we were looking for a location just outside the city for convenience and in order to have space. WiFi was excellent which allowed me to work remotely for a portion of the stay. All rooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent t communication from host.

excellent experience!

I cant say enough good things about this property and Bill as the host! The house was noticeably recently cleaned when we arrived, binder on the table explained everything we needed to know for our stay, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Bill was also a joy to communicate with prior to our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Syracuse

The house was clean, comfortable, very accommodating, and a nice neighborhood. If we do another family weekend for sure I will try to book it. If it’s available. Everything great and I enjoyed the coffee too.

Great home

Not familiar with the Syracuse area…I was pleasantly surprised with how central this house was. Everything felt like 5 minutes away, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. No need to go out for dinners… home made meals, bbq, air fryer and no need to do many dishes…the dishwasher took care of that. More time to chill and relax by the pool on sunny days, or on the super cozy couch on not so great days Overall it was a phenomenal experience!
