Elevator available. Located within Vista Cay resort full amenities, pool, spa and fitting room
A combination living/dining area and a full-size kitchen with all of the major appliances, dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils plus an in-suite stack washer and dryer.

Basic start up toiletries, paper products & cleaning supplies are a welcoming touch. Kitchen is well equipped & condo is furnished & in very good condition, as depicted in photos. View of Sea World attractions in the distance from the unit & while relaxing on the balcony .

The Vista Cay Reserves pool, which was a very short walk from the building & across two parking rows, was kept at a very comfortable & enjoyable temperature. The hot tub very enjoyable. The atmosphere is generally quiet, calm & respectful at the pool.
The Main Pool is a short walk across Destination Pkwy (very limited traffic & with a controlled crosswalk). It is larger, has a larger pool deck that overlooks the lake, has more seating, has a hot tub & a has a bar with limited food offerings.
On some weekends, there was a DJ playing music between noon-3pm. Additionally, this is also where the Vista Cay Resort lobby, the arcade & the fitness room are located. In the Main Vista Cay Resort area,

There is also a small shopping district that includes a Walgreen’s, a Pub, & a Sweets & Treats Shoppe just to name a few places. The condo location is a very short walk across the parking lot & out the gate to the shopping center that includes a Publix Supermarket, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, The Diner, Beth’s Burger Bar & NYPD Pizza, Diner or Beth’s Burger Bar b, NYPD Pizza s.
As far as theme parks, the condo is very conveniently located to the Convention Center, Universal & Sea World. As for the Walt Disney World Resort within quick drive depending on time of day, traffic & route taken.

The location was conveniently located near the convention center. Check in was easy and the communication was great. The nearby shopping and restaurants was an added bonus. The unit was neat and clean.amd was exactly as.advertised.

Mold in condo. You could smell the mold when you walked in and every ceiling vent had mold on or around it. We couldn’t stay in condo and VRBO saw pictures and credited their portion back, however host refused to work out any credit. Would not recommend ever booking this place.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a short 2 night stay but the property was so clean and with the great amenities it would have been wonderful to stay even longer. The host was so kind and prompt thru any questions or requests that I had. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Great condo conveniently located to everything. My only con is that it sleeps 10 (5 queen beds) but has a small table that only seats 4 and one small (and hard) couch. If you don’t plan to hang in the condo and cook/chill it’s perfect.

Just around the corner from the OCCC

We rented this property for the AAU Volleyball tournament. It was a great location. The condo was roomy and clean. We really liked having a Publix grocery right there. We would rent this condo again.

We’ve stayed at this complex previously for our annual conference. It is conveniently located to the convention and walking distance to Publix and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for the weekend stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Unit was very clean and spacious for 5 adults. Very good communication from Daniel. Would have enjoyed staying longer to enjoy all the amenities the property had to offer.

Perfect mini getaway

I stayed at this resort for the second time because it’s such a great location. Different host, different unit but equally great stay! The amenities are top notch. Love the pools, walking path and gym access. This time I stayed with a coworker and my 14yo son. The unit was perfect! Host was responsive . Would go again.

Great location, modern, clean

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped. It was close to the convention area for events we attended. The condo was clean and the kitchen was appointed with the equipment we needed as we are body builders and needed to prepare our own food. The grocery store near by was convenient and there was plenty of parking available. The view of the pond was peaceful and the condo was spacious. Hope to stay again!

Fantastic condo

Great location and proximity to parks and activities. We utilized the walking paths to the grocery and breakfast spots often. The condo was very clean and super spacious, we never felt cramped once. And the balcony overlooking the pond was a very nice area to have our morning coffee. The host was very friendly and informative the entire time. If we come back to Orlando, I guarantee we will check for this condo or Daniels listings again.

Vista Cay

We had some trouble getting into the room and no one answered our texts for assistance. The rooms were clean but the den area is very small with only 1 couch. If you fill up the bedrooms there will not be a place for most people to sit.

Additional Details

Listing stated king size bed in one room but there were only queen size beds. Only bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths provided. Property owner responded promptly and check in process was very easy.

Could be better

This could be a really nice property with just a few minor upgrades and repairs. Toilets were hard to flush, tvs should be upgraded/added and a lot of batteries were missing or low. Some other minor issues that Daniel said he would address.
