Everything was very clean, the space was perfect for my family of 5, and the host was very responsive when our toilet wasn’t working! He responded quickly and got it fixed right away! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We loved the location (super close to all Universal Parks) and loved the pool and hot tub area with the walking trail. It was amazing!

Everything was very clean and we only had one small incident which Gary the manager took care of super quick and it really was no issue to our stay. Everything was clean tidy and spacious. Recommend this to a couple of colleagues while here and we will definitely be back in the future as next time we want to go to epic universe which is so close! Thank you!

Lovely condo!

This property is lovely! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is close to the theme parks and easy to get to. We received all check-in instructions and codes before we arrived and the checkout instructions were really easy. I would recommend this place for families!

Clean, comfortable, spacious condo

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this super clean, spacious condo. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in both showers was good, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the internet speed was fast and reliable (we were both working remotely so this was very important to us). The AC also worked well - it was in the 90s two days and the unit stayed comfortably cool. The location is very convenient to the Orange County Convention Center where we were attending an event and also close to stores and restaurants. The pool area is beautifully maintained with an outdoor bar area. I also really enjoyed the walking path along the lake. As other reviews have mentioned, you may occasionally hear the people staying in the unit above, but it wasn’t a major issue for us (during our stay, everyone respected the evening quiet hours). A true bonus of staying here is the phenomenal customer service from Gary and Leo. All of the communication was above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible!

We were in town for a convention and the location is perfect. Every step was easy from check in to check out and everything was clean and easy to locate. We will hope to have this place again the next time we are back in Orlando.

Great Condo!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Not too terribly far from anything. We were at a convention, and the Orange County Convention Center is about a 1.3 mile walk. Very clean, and very spacious! Gary was also a wonderful host. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

You can walk to the grocery store, not to mention Universal, is just 7 minutes by car, SeaWorld approx. 4 minutes, Disney 12 minutes, and the convention center is next door. There is also golf across the street at Shingle creek. Vista Cay is a full resort setting, a gated community and when you book with us all amenities are free with no resort fees. Free parking and free WIFI.
