Luxury Ski In/Out Condo~ Free Parking~Pool~ Hot Tub~ Best Location!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are located on the 3rd floor, above main street and we are accessible by elevator. We have every amenity you could want! Outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, gym, ski valet, underground parking and personal, in-room boot/glove dryer. You'll never need your car once you arrive. All of your dining needs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are just out the door on Main Street. Walk to Lift 9 in 5 minutes! Town bus stop directly outside can take you to the grocery or further down main street. This is a well stocked owner's unit. Not managed by Vacasa but rather by the owner and our co-host Julie. We love to share our little slice of the mountains and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Great location!

Stayed for a week to ski Breckenridge and Vail. Great location, can walk to both Main St and ski lift. We will be back!

Great place and location

The condo was perfect for our stay - had everything we needed plus close to the lift, ski valet was so easy, and hot tubs a plus. Thanks for a great week!

Great location

Location was even better than expected. So close to the lift and rentals. Free ski valet included with property rental. Excellent layout and very well stocked. Bed was comfortable, as was the couch bed.

It was just as listed. Close to everything you need. The ski valet was a great way to start each morning, warm boots!

Great Early Season Trip

Host very responsive and unit as advertised. The ski valet was a bonus since you can’t bring gear into the unit. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Best location ever

For our first time in Breckenridge, this was the most ideal location. Quiet and away from the noise, but a short elevator ride down one floor to all the shops, restaurants, etc.

Perfect Getaway

First off, the communication with Carissa was outstanding from the beginning. With a new check in process, she gave very clear instructions that made it a breeze. The property was very clean and location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

Short Breck Stay

Property owner is great and communicates readily for any need or concern. Condo was well outfitted and great bed. Should know that the washer and dryer are not in the unit and are not super convenient to access and use. Also, across the street from a bar that plays music that you will hear at night.

Great location

This was the second year in a row we stayed at this condo. We love the proximity to Main Street and the short walk to Quiksilver. Had a couple of minor issues which Carissa fixed immediately. Will definitely stay here the next trip to Breck.

The condominium was very clean, very well stocked. Nice view of town and mountains. Elevator was close and convenient with no noise from others on our floor. Inside parking is always appreciated. Were had a great ski week.

Great 1 Bedroom at Peak 9

We loved the condo. Main Street Station is our favorite spot in Breck! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the personal touches such as coffee bar, robes and basket of assorted size flip-flops for the hot tub. We’re team firm for mattresses, so we give it a two thumbs up! Would definitely return!

Perfect location!

this was a lovely, cozy space to stay in for a few days. We were hardly there because we went on day trips and explored. it’s close to all the fun things that you can do in that area. There is no AC so in order to stay cool, we open the windows at night, and used the tower fan that we found in the closet. It was perfect - definitely recommend and would go back.

Perfect place for spring skiing!

We picked this condo for our spring skiing adventure and it was perfect. Location was an A+! Walking distance to a chairlift and all the shops and restaurants in town. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. The boot/glove dryer was a bonus! Check in was a breeze and the communication from the host was quick and awesome. The condo had other amenities that we took advantage of like a fitness center, hot tubs and a ski equipment valet. It really was the perfect place!

Great Breck Condo!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo with our 8 and 9 year old children. They slept on the pull-out couch and had no issues. It was a great location close to everything and a 5-minutes walk to the Quicksilver lift. There was complimentary valet service for our ski gear so we didn't have to haul it up to our room or locker in a garage like others we've stayed at in Colorado. We used the pool and hot tubs and check-in was very easy. We did have to pay an unexpected $50 for parking as we were leaving on the last day but that was the only negative. It was a great trip and we would stay here again!

Great place right in the village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cozy apt, bed was comfy, perfect for 2 people. Walking distance to peak 9 quicksilver lift which is the lift that the ski school shares! Was very busy, long lines even on weekdays. So if you're a beginner or taking lessons it's perfect. Hot tub is a bit of a walk (outside), but there's multiple tubs. Can't walk down in robes. Instead, we enjoyed the jetted tub in the apt. Well equipped with everything you needed. Great restaurants nearby.

Lovely, well-appointed condo

It's clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into how to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious bath had nice, thick towels, fragrant lavender hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to soothe your skin from the dry mountain air. The bed was extremely comfortable and had plenty of blankets to stay warm at night and a ceiling fan for those who get too warm. There was even a humidifier which made it easier to sleep. The living room is extremely comfortable with a nice leather sofa and a pair of reclining chairs. The fireplace was lovely on a cool summer night, and we enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening taking in the views of the mountains around us. The location is great, the stay was fantastic, and we can't wait to go back!

Great location and unit, but has room to improve

Good spot and location but 1 star less for cleanliness and 1 star less for check-in. Had issues with late night check-in. Vacassa office staff took long, seemed confused, and did not have information from host in their system. Nobody explained how to get around, which is tricky because you must take an elevator to the parking garage just to move between buildings without going outside. Unit was exactly as described. Nice layout and thoughtful amenities. Cons were Multiple hairs were found in the bathroom, clean everywhere else. Bed was not even, stiff, and pillows provided were flat, making it hard to a good sleep. Host was did not offer to make up for the issues experienced.

We take pride in having a well stocked kitchen with all of the tools you need to make a delicious dinner when you don't want to go out. We have a boot/glove dryer which is vital to enjoying your activities with warm dry feet and hands! You'll enjoy the amenities such as the fitness center, sauna, hot tubs and pool but especially this location as you likely won't need to use your car once you arrive! Please note for late season (April) bookings, the peak 9 lift may close depending on snow conditions and you may need to take the free town bus a couple of stops to the gondola.
