Close to chambers bay. Golf. Shopping. Hiking. Seattle. Point defiance. Westport beach. Quiet neighborhood private yard. Safe family friendly. Covered patio/ porch for relaxing Private quiet backyard on a greenbelt. 3 bedrooms middle bedroom across from bathroom great for children. Crib available upon request.
We are happy to host your Pet's. Just a few notes, Please let pet in the back yard as we just had new fruit trees and roses planted in the front. Please don't allow pets on furniture or left alone in house, unless you can block off the kitchen, it is all tile. I know this can be difficult and we are happy to accommodate anyway just ask:) Please pickup after pets if bags are requested for easy cleanup let me know I am more than happy to provide them. We love hosting and are available with any questions or any special requests to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
please lock front and back doors when checking out. no need to strip bed! If booking automatically please allow response from hosting before finalizing stay. Thank you

The most impressive part was the host communications and flexibility.The kitchen had what we needed. The house was comfortable and private.

Spacious and Comfortable

Everyone enjoyed their stay and the accommodations were very comfortable. The dining table was bigger than in the picture and the living room was also spacious for a nice group of people. The neighborhood was very quiet.

It was easy access to finding the home. Had everything we needed. Low on supplies - ran out of paper towels and no napkins. Would be great in the spring/summer with the outdoor patio area. Unfortunately, with the rain and wind we were not able to use it. It was easy access to finding the home. Some yard work could be done, but again, we couldn't use any of it do to weather.

It was nice hosting you. I hope you had a wonderful time on your trip. I apologize for any smell as I myself and family are very sensitive to smells. I will make sure my cleaning staff is doing a better job and maybe adding some air fresheners. The windows are to be opened to air the house out. I think with the heat it's hard to keep the windows opened for long between quick turn arounds and the heat. I appreciate the feedback that's what makes hosting go much smoother for us as well as our guest.

Great location

Everything was great. Perfect spot close to Chambers Bay. For golf tournament it’s in the best location to get to Chambers.

Huskies are hard to find places to stay

Communicating with property manager went without a hitch. I was upfront about who we are and our 3 lovely, rowdy dogs. She never asked me what kind these pets are, not that I was gonna lie but on the onset, she was so excited to host us. I had to repeat myself lest she missed that it was 3 dogs. Nothing was asked about our dogs. We enjoyed our stay, we didn’t want to do anything else but stay home and enjoy the house. It is very spacious, well appointed and clean. We enjoyed cooking our meals as well vs eating out and it made our bonding worthwhile and meaningful. Thank you for hosting us and our rowdy pets. We hope to be able to stay again in the future. This place is 5 stars all the way.

It is filthy from floor to ceiling. it was 11 at night when we got in. We had coolers to unload and found we had to clean toilets before we could use them and clean the fridge and freezer before unloading.And went to unload and found the fridge and freezer were in Sonce I found i had to clean the kitchen counters and toilets immediately. Then discovered a filthy dirty fridge/freezer that i had to deal with Kitchen counters unclean. Any reference to housekeeping is a lie. The double bed is a cheap air mattress. Hall ba: 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Filthy toilet. Rusty gross trash can. No cleaning supplies. Mstr ba: only water in handsoap, dirty toilet seat. No clean place to hang towel no place for tp. Jet tub is dirty. Mbr: crumbs on and around nightstand.

Horrible guests. Left the house a complete mess. I left the lights on turned up the heat as they requested. I asked multiple times if they needed anything, The guest always responded that everything was fine. I had reached out again before they checked out and after. The guest never responded. When they left a complete fauls review lying about every detail. I was shocked. We always check with every guest to make sure they can contact us and we will accommodate any requests or concerns they have. Then Lied that it was not clean. I have been a premier host for years and my reviews reflect how clean my house has always been. I keep pictures and double check my cleaners. As the guest has not shown any proof of any sort of pictures I do hope the review is taken down. These guests have taken advantage of me and my family grieving the loss of my fiance and our baby last year unexpectedly. I dont know why they would do that or what kind of person would do that. Its heartless and makes the grief even more difficult. I would never recommend these guests to stay anywhere.

A Pleasant Place to Stay

We were quite comfortable in this house. The house was clean & well stocked. However, there is a feeling about the house that perhaps maintenance & upgrades have been interrupted & brought to a halt. The host advised me that she had sustained a great personal loss in advance of our arrival so we were prepared for the state of the yard (much overgrown). But, there is also that sense of paused or interrupted work about the house itself -- a leaking hot water tap, a malfunctioning bottom dishwasher rack in the top-of-the-line dishwasher, etc. Still, these things did not cause any major concern for us and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the house. I would encourage others to stay at this property since I am sure those things that we noticed will be improved with time.

Be Aware of Scam!!

A few hours after booking, the operty owner changed my reservation from 5 nights to 1 night without my permission. They charged me for the full 5 nights even though they changed the reservation to one night only. They did not reply to any of my messages so I had to report the situation to VRBO and call my bank to put a hold on the charge. Be aware of this scammer!
