What a great place to stay! We didn’t have a lot of time to really enjoy it, but will be booking again into spring so we can take in the full experience with the beautifully manicured gardens. Clean, well appointed and great service- excellent!

Jenifer’s place was so welcoming, picturesque and clean! She communicated in advance, provided directions and ensured we had a great stay. We loved the designated parking, surrounding gardens and the location in general. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Like something out of HGTV. Beautiful location on a slice of garden heaven property. The cottage was equiped with everything one could need for their stay, anything you dont could be acquired in mins at the close shopping options. The one bed one bath small home has a full kitchen that we made meals from. The host is friendly, accomodating, responsive, and leaves little framed notes all around the stay to answer what im sure are FAQs. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again when in the area.

We stayed here while visiting our son at PLU about 15 minutes away. Quietest most relaxing place we've stayed. Grounds are gorgeous. Clean, comfortable, and carefully decorated. Highly recommend.

Husband, as we walked in the door: “We hit a home run with this place!” Indeed we did. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, in a spectacular garden setting, and easy to find. The best mattress I’ve ever slept on, aside from home, with luxury linens. Treats and fresh half & half in the fridge. The flour sack kitchen towels made me smile…one of the many special touches you’ll find. We’ll stay here whenever we’re in the area!

This was are best VRBO stay ever! Everything exceeded expectations! Clean, cozy, small house with everything you could need and upstairs bedroom. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The gardens are spectacular! Highly recommended!

Peaceful Oasis in the Heart of Lakewood

I hesitate to fill this out because I really don't want everyone knowing about this secret jewel. But after experiencing the incredible hospitality of this property's owners, I am compelled to share glowing reviews with you. This place is absolutely gorgeous and serene. The owners are fabulous. So much attention to detail inside the guest house, and we could have sat in the gardens outside and done nothing else all day. A true labor of love that is quite apparent to all who stay here. Don't miss your change to experience this place. I highly recommend. We will be back.

Unbelievable Secret Cottage

This beautiful cottage tucked away in Lakewood, was the perfect location for us to find great restaurants, malls nearby while being away from the heavy traffic of Seattle. The accommodations here exceeded our expectations, and we will note it as the spot to return to when we are in the SEA-TAC area. Our hosts were exceptional, eager to help in any way possible. It's easy to give this accommodation 5 STARS out of 5 STARS!!! Thank you to our hosts!

Family Connection

We rented the Cottage so we could be near our son and his family. We are from Minnesota, so it was nice to spend over a week where we could visit them and they could visit with us. The autumn view from the cottage windows was spectacular! It felt like home! Jen and Dave were very responsive to any questions we had. The cottage was secluded, but close to several places to eat and shop.

Beautiful Cottage

Such a beautiful property with lovely gardens and a fountain that welcome you to a tastefully updated cottage. It was very comfortable, both in looks and furniture. We had a conference, so we were not there long, but what time we had was private and accommodating.

Our best Vrbo stay ever!

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, which totally exceeded our expectations. The cottage is adjacent to the home of the property owners, but you have 100% total privacy. The setting is tranquil, and the grounds are beautifully manicured. We would return in a heartbeat!

Heaven on Earth

The cottage is a little peace of heaven. We hated to leave. Dave and Jen have done a wonderful job of it and the landscaping. Would highly recommend.

cozy cottage

We only had time to arrive, peek at the amenities and go to bed. We were impressed. We would have liked to have stayed longer. It is a very welcoming, restful setting. A great place to relax with a friend and recharge with a little quiet one on one, in my opinion. I gave them five stars across the board, because we simply loved the setting. It was a wonderful experience with just one note of caution. If you don't like the fragrance of fabric softener/laundry detergent, bring your own set of sheets. If you're chemically sensitive, you'll likely have an unpleasant sleeping experience. Although, my wife and I found the fragrance annoying, and it did affect our sleep, we didn't deduct points in our review, because these products are commonly used everywhere bedding is maintained for the public. Even so, we would like to return another time and hope that perhaps there will be a fragrance-free option, and if not, we will bring our own sheets.

Charming and Peaceful

This cottage is immaculate. It truly feels magical. It’s quiet, surrounded by greenery, and peaceful sounds of the fountain. There are many small touches that the owners have put in that made our stay extra special. I’d recommend to anyone.

Clean and charming

We had a quick overnight stay, but the Cottage was lovely! The property was beautiful and relaxing. The Cottage was clean and charming with all the amenities we needed. The small touches went a long way. Communication with the host was clear and easy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, but for more than a night to fully enjoy the Cottage and property, including grilling on the back patio!
