This one-bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen can accommodate up to 4 guests. Nestled in the exclusive Ternes district, it is just steps away from the world-famous Arc de Triomphe and the vibrant Champs-Élysées. Situated on the top floor with an elevator, this apartment offers an exceptional view of La Défense and the charming rooftops of Paris.

A 35-square-meter apartment designed with care to ensure comfort and enjoyment for our guests.

The layout is particularly convenient for up to 4 guests, as the living area features a high-quality sofa bed and can be completely closed off from the rest of the apartment, creating privacy and the feeling of a second bedroom.

BEDROOM :
The main bedroom is decorated in soft, soothing tones, with a window overlooking the Parisian rooftops and La Défense. Fresh bed linens are provided for your comfort.

LIVING ROOM :
The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed and two armchairs.
