Enjoy a Seasonal Poconos Getaway with Family or Friends at Woodland Escape!

Spacious, 3-floor escape ideal for family or group vacations. Plenty of space to gather the group together and spread out as needed:
- 5 bedrooms + bonus room used as 6th bedroom (full room with a door - not an open space)
- 4 full bath
- 2 living rooms
- game room

The house has central AC, WiFi, hot tub, pool table, foosball, ping pong table, gas fireplace, three decks, outdoor gas grill, full-sized washer & dryer, and a fully outfitted kitchen.

It's a 15 min walk or 3 min drive to the beach/lake. By the beach there is a sand volleyball court, playground, paddle boat rentals, outdoor pool.

The marina is a 5 min drive. In season, we have 2 kayaks for use. Tennis and basketball courts are also located at the marina.

**PLEASE NOTE** - The rental comes with 8 wristbands which are required to enjoy the summer amenities. (Children under 6 do not need wristbands.) Guests may purchase additional wristbands from the community for $10 per day per wristband.

**Sorry, no prom, bachelor or bachelorette parties. The house is not a party house. If that is what you are looking for, please consider another property.**

Pet Policy - Max two dogs under 50 pounds allowed. Pet fee is $100 per stay. Dogs must be housebroken, no puppies (must be at least a year). Dogs must be leashed at all times outside of the house. Guests must clean up and dispose of all dog "potty breaks". Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Towamensing Trails is located within 30 min of many Poconos activities. There's so much to do!

• 20 min to Jack Frost
• 30 min to Camelback and Blue Mountain.
• 20 min to the beautiful town of Jim Thorpe
• 20 min to Big Creek Winery
• 30 min to Blue Ridge, Mountain View and Sorrenti Family Wineries

• 30 min to Crossings Premium Outlets
• 15 min to H2O Waterpark at Split Rock
• 30 min to Kalahari and Aquatopia (Camelback)
• 15 min to Pocono Raceway
• Various whitewater rafting, ATV rental, paintball and biking trails are all nearby

Wonderful family spot

Lovely accommodations, plenty of room for our party of 14 to spread out. Many extras, pool table, ping pong, games galore, super large dining table to share meals cooked in well stocked kitchen.

Good location and clean place, sheets, towels. Wish they also included bodywash in bathrooms so we don’t have to travel with it.

Excellent stay!

We had 8 adults and 5 kids, the place was big enough to accommodate us all very comfortably. Jen was great with her communication, answered all my questions quickly. So many extra added touches that made the stay that much better! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect multi family spot

This house was absolutely perfect for three families with kids of various ages. The house is comfortable and well appointed, with lots of fun things to do inside. The community is beautiful and there’s even more to do outside! Easily accessible to all the Poconos has to offer. A truly wonderful place to stay with an obliging and responsive host.

Beautiful woodland retreat

The property was clean and well maintained. We did our best to keep it that way! Easy access to Blue Mountain and good WiFi. The hot tub was hot and clean! The place felt homey and each took has a cute theme.

Family Fun in the Woods

Lovely, comfortable, very roomy house (with different outside decks) surrounded by trees…stocked with everything the 10 of us needed for a long holiday weekend. Beach area nice, hiking nearby at Hickory Run State Park, casual restaurants, etc. would we repeat a visit…yes!

Family getaway/QT in Poconos

We booked Jen's house for a little getaway for my family as well as my two sisters + their families. The house layout worked really well, with the basement as the designated play space. The kids LOVED the hot tub set-up + the foosball table too. All in all, our families had a great stay.

Woodland Escape long weekend
