- If renting a car, please provide the plate number when available

Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation without a refund.

House Rules and Community Guidelines:

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
- Trash must be taken to designated community dumpsters
- Treat the home and community amenities with care and respect
- Cleaning fee is included in your total
- Guests must follow all community rules
- Maximum of 6 cars allowed
- Community is secured with 24/7 security patrol

Guest Wristbands:

- Up to 4 additional passes may be purchased for $10 per guest, per day
- Children over age 5 and all adults must wear wristbands
- Wristbands must be purchased at the Boat Rental Office by the registered guest with a photo ID and rental packet
- Passes are non-refundable—please check the weather before purchasing

- Personal kayaks, canoes, or boats are not permitted
- Boat rentals are available through the community
