The property

Located in a quiet area, this apartment is perfect for sea lovers. It is situated in a residence just steps away from the right bank beach, a highly sought-after area, peaceful yet close to all amenities.

This studio with a sea view, located in the front line, offers a comfortable terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts and admire the sunrise and sunset. The bright living area includes a convertible sofa and a single bed, accommodating up to 3 people. You will also have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an Italian shower. A private parking space is provided.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the station and relax in this bright and welcoming space with a beautiful sea view terrace. The evenings offer stunning sunsets, depending on the season.

The apartment also features a separate WC.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation. Any additional request will be charged: €25 TTC for a double bed (2 persons) or €15 TTC for a single bed (1 person). Basic products are provided except condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.

Location

A pedestrian path leads directly to one of the most beautiful beaches in Grau du Roi. Ideally located for everything to be done on foot: shops, markets (city center and Boucanet), restaurants and tapas bars, cinema. The seaside resort of Grau du Roi invites you to enjoy walks along the Mediterranean shores, cycle to the Salins d’Aigues-Mortes (green routes, bike rental 300m), or explore by pedalo, boat, or 4x4 the Camargue Gardoise. Close by: Luna Parc, Amigolang, and the Port-Camargue Thalassotherapy center (3 km in front of the South beach). The Espiguette and South beaches are kite-surfing spots.

Access

Enjoy a personalized arrival and departure or complete autonomy. You will have the entire property to enjoy your stay in Camargue. All instructions will be given the day before your arrival. The residence has a private parking space where you can park your vehicle.

The Grau du Roi station is 3 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest high-traffic train station is Montpellier Sud de France, and the closest airport is also Montpellier.
