Everything was great from start to finish! The condo is clean and beautiful with great views, location is perfect, and host was very communicative about important logistics extra fun stuff that made our trip much more smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic place to vacation

The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the extras that you need in a home away from home for the week. The view of the ocean from the condo was perfect.The owner of the condo was very easy to communicate with and made the check in / out process very efficient. The owner provided some suggestions of dining locations and activities which was much appreciated!It was a close walk to the pools and beach. We will most definitely be a returning customer at this condo!

Perfect Way to Kick Off Summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this Villamare condo within Palmetto Dunes! Travelled with four older teens. From the start, our host Jan was fantastic—very easy to communicate with and full of great local recommendations. She also added thoughtful personal touches that made our stay incredibly convenient, including beach towels, two beach chairs, games, cards, and toiletries to get us started. The condo itself is very clean, bright, and welcoming. We especially loved the two balconies—perfect spots to enjoy sunsets with views of the ocean and trees. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the beach, the Palmetto Dunes general store, and the Shelter Cove Marina and shops right across the street.We also really enjoyed the beautiful tree-lined walking and biking paths throughout the area. This is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation. Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect beach stay!

Our VRBO stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was **spotlessly clean** and incredibly **close to the beach**, which made walks and swims so easy. We loved having access to the **nice pools** for a refreshing dip, and the **easy parking** was a huge plus. Its central location meant we were **close to everything** we needed, from shops to restaurants. We had a wonderful, convenient, and relaxing stay!

Lovely vacation spot

This condo was the perfect place for our vacation. It had everything we needed for our stay (THANK YOU to the host for providing beach towels - absolutely essential) and was very clean. The host was super responsive to all communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach week with friends

Week was amazing. Property owner was incredible and reached out to us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. The unit itself was great as was the entire property. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Expectations

Everything was just as expected and more. The views were beautiful! Cleanliness, organization and communication were on point and even if you forgot something, Jan the owner, most likely already provides it for you. Very good experience and would definitely recommend.

Perfect winter getaway!

Good Visit

Only issue was sink in master bedroom was starting to clog. We could not find any Liquid Plumber to use. Everything else was great.

First family visit

This was our first visit to the island, and we really enjoyed our stay here at Villamare. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything needed, and provided nice ocean views. The complex is in a very convenient spot on the island and close to so much, we also enjoyed the newly renovated pool.

A little bit of paradise

I have stayed in this unit every year for nine years and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Hilton Head Island! Villamare is close to great restaurants and golf courses plus you have the ocean to great you every morning. The upgrades to the pool area are fantastic, too!

The Foundation owns multiple properties in Hilton Head SC. The Foundation donates 5% of its net worth each year to deserving charities including The Heritage Library Foundation of Hilton Head, HILTON HEAD Habitat for Humanity, NOC a neighborhood after school program of HILTON HEAD, The Boys and Girls Clubs, Eastern Christian Children's Retreat for Special Needs Children, Double Harvest of Haiti, to name a few. My husband is the Vice President and COO of Brookview Gardens, Inc and I have the pleasure of extending my 25 year real estate career by being the property manager of Villamare 3526. With the Marriott Hotel next door, the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Courts and Pickleball around the corner, 3 Golf Courses, and the General Store just a quick walk up the street, your Hilton Head vacation is truly going to be one with no worries. Take the shuttle to Shelter Cove for a fun day of shopping and great dining. Head to Old Town Bluffton for a great day of old time fun, food, artisans, antiques and crafts. Head to Pickney Island for bird watching or just sit back and enjoy the beauty of our fabulous island.
