Welcome to my home in Austin's desirable South Menchaca neighborhood. Built in 2021, this two-story modern home includes: 2 full bathrooms (both with showers), 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), living, kitchen, an office with air mattress, and a rooftop terrace. South Menchaca is a quiet and charming tree-lined neighborhood that provides quick access (5 to 10 minute drive or Uber) to St. Elmo, South Congress, South Lamar, Zilker Park, the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and Downtown Austin, not to mention direct access (10 to15 minute drive) via Hwy 71 to Austin Bergrstrom International Airport and Circuit of the Americas (20 minute drive).

This home features central cooling/heating, new bedding, two smart TVs, high speed wifi, washer/dryer, new appliances, laundry supplies, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, ironing board/iron, cooking essentials, and easy contactless check in/out. Beautiful home in a tree-lined quiet neighborhood

This property is perfect for a range of stays. My mother and her partner were very comfortable here for a week during Spring Break and I can also see this being a fun spot for a group. Very clean, quiet, had everything we needed. Close to all Austin hot spots but without the high traffic or noise of some other areas. We loved sitting by the fire in the hammock and lounging together on the couch. Ryan was a wonderful and communicative host and we will definitely be booking this place again!

The property was dirty. The air conditioning returns were filthy with dust. I stood on the downstairs bed to reach the ceiling fan in that room whose blades were black with dust. The floors, stairs, etc were not clean. This made me question how well the rest of the property was cleaned and created a real "Ick" factor. Also, the bed linens are in need of an upgrade.

Great place in nice area.

Host and property were both great. House is nice, clean, easy to get to. Great neighborhood that is close to where to want to go.

One of the best appointed VRBOs I've stayed in. Birthday boy is a big whisky drinker and there were large cubes waiting for us
