We had a nice stay. Cozy condo in a nice neighborhood. We had kids and Catherine was thoughtful and lefts us a pack n play for the baby.

Perfect location…

This property was close to Austin family which made our visit very convenient as we did not spend a lot of time commuting to their house to visit. Perfect setup for our group which consisted of three adults and one child.

Wonderful stay

Great location

The location of this condo was perfect for our purposes. Walkable to Mozart’s and restaurants on Lake Austin, CVS and Maudie’s and, if you don’t mind hills, Starbucks, a grocery and shops. Catherine is a wonderful host and is quick to reply to any questions. The condo is clean and comfortable.

Nice location to downtown & West Campus. Comfortable bedrooms, small kitchen but not a issue. Few suggestions would be to have shower soap/gel, knife for kitchen & crockpot would be nice. I would definitely stay here again

Awesome Austin Stay!

Communication with Catherine, from beginning to end, was nothing short of spectacular. The condo is ideally located just minutes from downtown Austin, removed far enough from the hustle and bustle (it was ACL weekend) to have a quiet retreat but still easily accessible to the popular destinations via a short drive or rideshare. Condo is well-appointed with everything you needed to ensure you have a welcome stay! I will definitely reach out again for future Austin visits! Thanks again for the hospitality, Catherine! For those coming to Austin and Catherine's place for the first time, I highly recommend the 4 minute drive west to Mozart's for coffee to begin your morning(s)!

Cute Property Great Location

We were in town for my son's belated graduation ceremony for the weekend This cute 3 bedroom property was in a great location near campus, the stadium and downtown, just a few minutes from everything. Uber fares were very reasonable to get to all the sites. Easy in and out, perfect for my family of 5. I would stay again!

The condo location is prime. The space is quiet and neighborhood is safe but you are close to everything. Night life on West 6th street is less than 10 minutes by uber. Enjoy a quiet Saturday morning sipping coffee or spend an afternoon golfing - the course is within walking distance. The lake and lake front restaurants are less than a mile away.
