The space
Whether you want to be on the water for fishing and adventure access, or walk to town to shop-this property has it all. We are located directly on the Chubb River with private water access and amazing water and mountain views all year long! Open floor plan and spacious bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Our home has three full floors and a beautifully finished walk-out lower level to our hot tub, lawn, patio, outdoor seating, fire pit, and dock. In addition, we have two outdoor decks, both with brand new soft seating so you can enjoy our phenomenal view of the river! We have a canoe and two 2-person kayaks with life jackets in the summer for your use. Our 5-person hot tub is available all year long for your enjoyment.

All mattresses, bedding and bathroom towels are brand new, as well as all kitchen cookware and bakeware. The house is equipped with high-speed wi-fi.

The house has a lot of space and when we have large groups there is plenty of space for each adult and the children. Our house can accommodate 2 families with children, or four couples who want a get away. The kitchen is large and overlooks the great room, so we can relax, cook and socialize all night. Our entire family loves to hike and ski, so being at our vacation home in the summer and the winter is fabulous! All of the fun and adventure is right out our front door-the largest challenge in fitting it all in during one vacation!

Lake Placid is in the heart of the Adirondacks mountain region, and the home of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics. Outdoor enthusiasts come to Lake Placid for first-class sports year round! Enjoy hiking, boating, golf, horseback riding, skiing, ice skating, swimming, and fishing. Come to climb one of the 46 highest Adirondack peaks, ski Whiteface Mountain, or catch a national sporting tournament or event. Lake Placid is a wonderful area to visit for food, culture, and scenery as well. Enjoy shopping in town, with national chains and locally owned shops.
