A lovely 3/2.5 townhome just 5 minutes from I-10 and only 10 minutes to FSU, FAMU, and downtown Tallahassee/Capital. The location of this home makes it convenient for all of Tallahassee! This great home features 3 beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, and 2 private bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs, the kitchen and living room area are a spacious open floorplan with a half guest bath.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in closets, kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry.

Great Thanksgiving trip!

We had a great stay in Tallahassee visiting our FSU student. The location was convient to campus. The space worked well for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay!

I had a very pleasant time staying at this rental. The host was amazing and was quick to respond whenever I had an issue! 10/10 stars for Candice! I highly recommend staying at this wonderful house and I’ll definitely be back in the future!!

Excellent property

The place was very clean. Has TVs in every room. Wi-Fi, streaming services. They only require that you take out the trash before you leave. No washing sheets and towels. The owners are very responsive to requests and needs. The next time I am I am in Tallahassee I would definitely look for this property. It’s about 15 to 20 minute drive to FAMU in about 10 to 15 minute drive to FSU.

Extended Stay

Townhouse was nice and clean. Unfortunately the wall neighbor plays his music loud all times of the day and night. For the price we paid to stay at the Townhouse for a month , I would expect some peace and quiet.

At least we had a bed

Very disappointed in the lack of communication during our stay. We had 1 towel apiece for 2 nights stay and it was more like a large hand towel. I sent a message when we got there and the next morning and never received anything back.

Comfortable and just right.

I rented this house for a girlfriend/mom getaway for the weekend. We came into town for the FSU/Miami game. We had 2 vehicles and had plenty of parking. The house was super clean and decorated nicely. It had a nice layout with 2 rooms having a joining bathroom. The beds were comfortable and each room had there own tv and ceiling fan. It was located in a neighborhood and we felt safe the whole time. I would definitely stay here again.
