Enjoy all that tybee has to offer in this cozy beautifully decorated one bed one bath apartment which is 3-4 blocks to the grocery store and beach, offers a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa. Spacious kitchen with stackable washer and dryer. Streaming TV in Livingroom, wifi, screened in front porch and back porch. Small fenced in yard to the side. Unit is located on the bottom right part of the house. Amenity starter kit provided, private parking, shared pool and no pets allowed.

Perfect for our long weekend with two kids. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics needed and they’re newer and kept up. Had plenty of everything to make basic meals. The washer and dryer were nice to have. Lots of gnats and mosquitoes, but there’s a zapper in the unit and we didn’t have any issues with them landing in food or being bit inside. The kids enjoyed the pool. It’s a short walk to the beach and the IGA is a closer super convenient walk. Had plenty of towels and starters of everything. For what we needed it was perfect.

Home away from home!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. As my title says it was home away from home. Walk to the beach and restaurants isn't far. The pool was a definite plus. Will definitely stay here from now on if available!!

Great rental with great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. The information on the listing was accurate and several of the amenities were great. The saltwater pool was amazing and we used it almost daily. The rental is very close to the 12th St beach access, it is only a five minute walk. The bed was comfy and the space was quite large for a one bedroom. We did have an issue with pests on the property, specifically wasps/hornets on the back porch and pool area as well as palmetto bugs in and around the property. Also the barnyard door to the bathroom doesn’t fully shut so there is a slight issue with bathroom privacy if you have multiple guests. Other than that, we loved staying there.

Getaway

Perfect couples getaway. Great location, close enough to walk if needed, perfect for bikes. Will be great when all the property is out of constructionIohase but we weren't disturbed!
