We loved this property, it was perfect for a family trip down to New Orleans! The location was great and central to a lot of our activities. The property was clean and parking was easy on the street. Highly recommend booking this property for your stay!

Great place for Mardi Gras

The house was wonderful. Only 5 blocks from the parade route, so easy to walk to too. George was great to work with.

Family time in New Orleans

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The location was good - close to trolley and bus stops for trips to downtown when we didn’t want the hassle of parking a car.

Our host was very quick to respond and friendly too. The place easily accommodated space for six adults (lacks appropriate cookware for those who want to prepare food in-house). The location is six blocks from the trolley and also a Fresh Market which has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and we're able to experience a variety of things to do.

Nice comfortable house

Me and my husband stayed here with our dog for Tulane graduation weekend. The home itself is very nice and comfortable. The location of the property was sometimes sketchy, but we felt safe because it is gated and locked.

Beautiful property. The only issues I had were the WiFi and TV in the master bedroom were not functioning properly and it took the host awhile to respond. Also, there wasn’t enough toilet paper. We ran out during our stay.

Centrally located and spacious

We were appreciative of some special requests that were granted by management ahead of our arrival. This is an upstairs apartment with the nice view of the Ave. tree tops. Our pupp enjoyed the fresh air of the back balcony.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time here! The home was beautiful with high ceilings and spacious. Very clean, bright, and newly re-modeled. The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay and the location was close to downtown. Some comments we had are that one of the lights was flickering in the master bedroom and the shower in one of the bathrooms was slow to drain. Both of these issues can be easily fixed, however!

Great stay for Tulane graduation

Our family of 6 stayed at the property to attend our daughter's graduation from Tulane. Great property. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Short drive to Tulane and French Quarter. Can walk to street car. Nice back patio area too. Easy parking on street. Neighborhood is "transitional" but that is NOLA. Nice security gate so felt secure. Very convenient. Would stay again!

Birthday Staycation

Welp, I can say my staycation went off without a hitch. George was a gracious host. He made my search and booking process super easy. He responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. He was able to accommodate me with my needs and communicated with me along from the time I booked until after. I’m a local who lives on the outskirts of New Orleans and I felt right at home. The home was beautiful the neighborhood was a very familiar neighborhood for me so I felt safe. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to travel in a large group or have small gathering

George was very responsive to all messages. The property is not in the nicest part of the city and does not look completely as advertised. There was an issue with the drain in the master bathroom being clogged right when we got there and dirty dishes in the sink when we got there. Close to the heart of the city which was a plus.
