Centrally located in the heart of the Village at Mammoth! Grand Sierra Lodge 1305 is steps to the Village Gondola, ski back trail, numerous restaurants, bars and shops, and everything else the Village has to offer! Our 1 bed/1 bath condo has been newly refreshed, featuring new furniture & paint. No need to drive to the lifts or aprés, just leave your car in the free heated garage and store your gear in the guest's ski locker! Life in the Village can't be beat!

Great location - it is so close to all of the restaurants and shops! It's easy to get to, has plenty of indoor parking and the owner is super responsive and friendly! The condo is very clean, looks newly decorated and has everything you need. Plus the gondola to Canyon Lodge is a 5min walk through the shops, so no need to drive to the slopes. Overall we had a great time staying here and spring skiing in Mammoth!

Our family of 4 had a great stay in Patrick’s unit! Location is perfect, walking distance to everything in the village. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Patrick was very easy and quick to communicate with us. Will likely stay here again for our next trip to Mammoth!

Great stay

I enjoyed my stay very much. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for my needs. I appreciated its location just steps from the ski rental shop, the Village Gondola and many places to eat.

Great location in the Villlage

Very smooth process from start to finish. Clean property and lots of nice touches including free Tesla charging in the garage!

Long weekend skiing and Super Bowl

Four nights for a family getaway to celebrate my six year old's birthday and enjoy the SuperBowl at Mammoth. This property was perfect for the four of us - amazing location in town, easy to get to skiing and restaurants. In the main building closest to the outdoor hot tub for a good soak after a long day on the slopes.

Great place in the Village

Great location, cozy, super clean and neat with newer furnishings. The owner was great to communicate with and check in was a breeze. It’s a little noisy at the end of the restaurants, etc. but we didn’t mind because it felt festive to us. And way less noise than other places we have stayed at in the village. We would definitely stay again.
