Once the car is parked, one takes a wide path lined with century-old trees, where streams and ponds mark the way. As one advances, the lush vegetation envelops the place in a serene, almost timeless atmosphere.



Then, she appears. Majestic, bathed in light, the villa dominates this enchanting landscape. At its feet, a stream meanders softly, passing under the house, while a pond, sprinkled with reflections, invites contemplation. Here, every corner of the garden is an invitation to get lost, to sit in the shade of a tree or around an outdoor table.



On the left, a large swimming pool stretches out, offering an unobstructed view of the park. The surrounding terrace becomes the heart of summer days, where one shares meals with family, lulled by the murmur of water and the song of birds.

At night, the villa has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering comfort and privacy to its occupants. The master suite, a true cocoon, seduces with its shower and bathtub, perfect for moments of relaxation. A laundry room completes the ensemble, equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a second refrigerator, designed for long stays.
