Excellent Owner & Property

This spacious home was perfect for my family, Christmas gathering everyone had their own room and bathroom. Kitchen was spacious enough for staking preparation of meals, gathering and fun. Pool /outdoor area was great for relaxing and time in the water! We will definitely be back!! Amazing communication and responses from the owner!

Amazing Stay

This was one of the best houses we have ever rented. The place was amazing the house was so clean and stocked with literally everything we needed. The owner of the property quick to respond with all of my inquiries and he made the stay so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and will book this same location.

A must stay again

Everything was amazing and beautiful and just as expected. We had no issue or problems with anything and it was enough space to accommodate 16-18 people with no issues. Hot tub and pool were our best friend on this trip lol it gave everything it needed too

Spacious home in good location

Communication was excellent with Kevin. He was very easy to work with. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and we had an excellent family reunion together! We had no issues with noise in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The resort had many amenities. I would stay there again.

Lots of room, clean, all bedrooms have access to baths. If you need heat for the pool and jacuzzi, it takes a day or so for them to warm up.

Brutal

Stayed here for a ladies retreat..only positive thing I can say was the pool was nice. Not very clean and lots of broken things..namely the pool table. The house was unbearably hot and when we contacted the host we were told well it’s Florida, it takes awhile for it to cool down..the house never got below 82 which is miserable and host would never send anyone out to look at it. One of the main reasons we rented the house was for the pool table and we weren’t able to use it because of the heat..and I live in Florida and while I know it’s very hot in the summer, it should never be that hot. Needless to say, I would never rent this house again because of that.

Large all inclusive home

The property itself was nice but carpets were very worn, upstairs a/c didn't work the 1st day but technician came out the next afternoon and got it up and running, downstairs master toilet didn't work and I told by the host that I could 1.) plunge it 2.) pour dishwasher liquid in it wait 30 min. than flush 3.) YouTube a fix 4.) Call maintenance. I was quite bothered that I would be asked to fix anything. I did call maintenance they never showed for the toilet repair, needless to say it put a damper on the stay of our 1st floor older guests whom specifically asked me to insure they had a private bath.

Unsatisfactory

When we arrived at the property we were able to access it immediately. Once we were inside, there was a terrible order in the house. The temperature in the house was torturing. I tried to contact the owner via phone and of course he didn't answer. Later after everyone was sweated down he replied via a text message, not apologizing for the heat but to warn me not to turn it to a lower temperature or the unit may freeze and i will be billed The tan carpet in the house was filthy. To top it off, we diposed the trash in the one trash can outside and we were billed because It was too full. Go figure!!! Needless to say i will not recommend this hose to ANYONE!!!

Disney/Universal trip with family

The home is spacious and pretty clean. There are plenty of rooms for a large number of guests , fun game room, and enough parking. It’s not far from the theme parks and shops and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond but the management company never responded to our request for dishwasher pods and extra paper towels and a small dishwashing liquid. (Only one roll of paper towels was provided and no dishwasher pods or dishwashing liquid and only two garbage bags for 4 nights.) we had to buy our own. Every VRBO I’ve ever stayed in provided that stuff.. as you are required to run the dishwasher before checking out. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen appliances. There were few towels however, only two bath towels in the master for 4 nights. The photo of the home on its profile is enhanced to make it look less dated. The home is dated inside and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.. the major disappointment was the neighbors were very loud late at night. I am not trying to be unkind, just truthful.

Bring cleaning supplies.

The overall property is ok, however, the furniture is in need of repair and replacement. (Kitchen chairs are ripped, the pool table is wobbly and has ripped felt. Sadly for us, home, including most bedding was dirty (used/not washed), stained and needed to be cleaned/washed before it could be used. We arrived a day early to relax before the rest of the family arrived, paid extra for the add on only to spend the time cleaning and doing laundry (reminder -bring your cleaning supplies ahead of time -there are none there) and being stressed, not relaxed. The owner was advised immediately, was responsive to emails but when we advised that we would appreciate a refund for the added day as compensation, he said would look into it and let us know. That was almost 2 week ago. I asked the owner specifically about other poor reviews and he said the house was gone, he had just been there and the cleaning crew did a great job. The chairs are ripped, the vertical blinds to the pool are missing lengths or have chunks taken out of them (very unsightly in pictures) The handrails were black with dirt, grime - So much “yuck” everywhere. I understand the owner lives far away. I understand his cleaning crew/management company let him down. Positives: Very close to the resort (bring your own floating tubes etc, they are not provided at the lazy river and the property only had 2 on hand (which was nice to have) The overall location is great! The layout of the home is nice.

Would NOT stay here again

We had to communicate several times as we encountered problems. Our standards were reasonable; our basic expectation was a clean place to stay. PROS: *Good floor plan for a large group *Neighborhood guard shack staff was super friendly CONS: *The house is DIRTY!! Carpets are worn and stained, gum was tuck under kitchen counter bar, kitchen countertop so sticky paper stuck to it, hair and stains on sheets, stained comforters, high touch surfaces like light switches are dingy, etc. *Sheets were missing from some beds, and dirty sheets were wadded up in the closet where bedding was missing *Noise: Nearby neighboring properties had large groups of people using outdoor theater systems, watching movies loudly well past midnight. *The smell of Marijuana was inescapable outside in the pool and on the deck, and the smell drifted in to the house. The kids talked a lot about the smell of "skunk and garbage"! *Many amenities were broken/unusable: i.e. pool table was in disrepair and only 1 broken pool cue was provided, games were missing so many pieces they were not usable, etc. *Sprinkler system broken and there were areas outside that were flooded from broken sprinkler heads, it "rained" in the pool area, and you couldn't park on the driveway without water spraying in to the car when you opened the door/s. *Garbage cart outside was almost full (from previous guests) when we arrived. When we added trash from our 12 people staying, it was overflowing. Management said we just have to deal with it until it's picked up (which must have been after we left) *Location: there is really nothing nearby. The closest grocery store is about 15 minutes by car, and all big the Disney/Sea World/ Universal attractions are about 40 minutes by car without traffic or almost an hour with traffic. We thought we would trade off space and cost for the location, but it was really much farther out than we expected. We had read earlier reviews where the owner suggested the guests alert him to the problems so he could remedy them. So we brought these up with the owner and management company. They sent someone late the next day to clean, but we already had to launder sheets ourselves and scrub the kitchen. When we kept finding and reporting problems after the 2nd night, the owner threatened to blame us for the issues!!! If it would have been clean to begin with we wouldn't have had to keep reporting problems!! We would not stay here again.

We have no problem referring this property to any friends or relatives going to the Orlando area. Kevin's communication has been excellent throughout, and he has a very beautiful property located within the Windsor at Westside. The layout is very nice, and we particularly liked the openness of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen had just about everything guests would need with plenty of dishes, silverware, etc… to accommodate any size group. The beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms offering showers and tubs. The clubhouse waterpark and lazy river was a huge hit with our kids and grandkids.

House was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Property was clean and in a great location. A little TLC is needed in some areas (Carpet cleaned or removed, blinds and paint), otherwise we had a great experience from arrival to departure. Would book again!

Satisfied

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodations was exactly how we needed it to be. Rooms are very spacious and the the beds are very comfortable. Next time I would love to take time and explore the resort…we missed out on the arcade and water park.

Great place to stay for a Disney trip

We made the trip to FL to spend time at Disney. This house was perfect for our party of ~10. It was also very close to the parks, so our daily drive to the parks was quick. Kevin was also very responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Management was slow for everything, and the property owner was worse bottom line I would never book there again
