Downstairs:
Room 1: king with a private bathroom (separate shower and bath tub);
Room 2: king with a bathroom next to it (walk-in shower);
Upstairs:
Bathroom (Bath tub, shared by Rooms 3, 4 and 7);
Room 3: queen
Room 4: queen
Room 5: King
Room 6: bunk (1 twin+1 full)
Rooms 5 and 6 have a bathroom (walk-in shower) in between;
Room 7: queen
Room 8: queen with a private bathroom (walk-in shower).

Resort Facilities
Two Clubhouses, Water Slides, Splash Pad, Mini-Golf (local charge), Playgrounds, Resort Style Pools, Fitness Centers, Tiki Bars and Grilling, Games Room, basketball, volleyball and Movie Theater, Jogging Trails, Free Shuttles between homes and Clubhouses.

* POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day
2-Pool/Spa heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 102 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay for heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather usually under approx 50 degrees. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, refunds are not available.

BBQ Grill rentals are available for your stay and include propane and cleaning after your stay.

Communities do not allow RVs or Trailers to enter or park in the resort. Please make alternative arrangements if travelling with anything other than your personal vehicles.
