La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this magnificent villa for 8 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the Martray district in Ars en Ré, close to the beach and restaurants.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with a separate, fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

La Central of the Island of Ré offers you this magnificent villa, for 8 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the Martray district in Ars en Ré and close to the beach and restaurants.
The house is comfortable and has a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped independent open kitchen.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious, bright living area with a lounge area and independent kitchen.
Master Bedroom: 1 double bed 140x200 with 1 private en-suite bathroom.
Room 2: 1 double bed 160x200.
Room 3: 1 double bed 160x200.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
Room 4: 2 single beds 90x180.
You will find in the house 1 washroom and a bathroom as well as 2 toilets.
The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed to heat up to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.
The security deposit of an amount of £1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
