Luxury Home with Swimming Pool, Professional Tennis Court and Boccia Alley
Well-equipped, spacious and functional villa with swimming pool, tennis court, boccie alley and many other sports and entertainment facilities offers the opportunity to create your moments of rest and relaxation in your own way. Villa Mandalina.is completely fenced and surrounded by green hedges all around. The entrance on the north side leads to a free parking lot for four cars and is part of a landscaped yard where there is a children's playground and a mini-golf course (6 variants of the game). The children's playground on a safe surface is equipped with a swing, a climbing house, a slide and a sandpit. The villa spreads over three levels and with its four (4) bedrooms, three (3) bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and two terraces is ideal for up to eight (8) guests. On the first level (basement) in a full area is the so-called "Man Cave" which serves for rest and entertainment of the whole family. A corner with a wine shop, a billiard table (9 foot), table football, darts, gaming and sound units will delight both young and those slightly older guests.

Biokovo Nature Park with the peak of Sveti Jure at 1762 meters in height, offers panoramic views of the sea and islands, the Imotski region, the mountains of Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring Italy.
Villa Mandalina is located on 1 hectare of family farm with an orchard with 350 trees of different fruit varieties: cherries, cherries, almonds, figs, pomegranates, quinces, plums, walnuts, grapes, apples and apricots. Our guests are also offered top-quality hand-made fruit syrups, jams, cherry wine and cherry liqueur (cherry brandy) - products of the Mandalina family farm.
