** Please check our reviews!** Lovely, spacious & fully equipped, 1600 sq.ft. condo on the grounds of the famous Omni La Costa Resort. The villa has 2 master suites with full ensuite bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub and private pool & BBQ area for the condo. 2 full balconies overlook the pool.

This 2 bed 2.5 bath villa was recently remodeled with full washer & dryer, air conditioning, gated garage with 2 private parking spaces & elevator. Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds & full bath, Bedroom 2 has a King bed and full bath with a beautiful jacuzzi tub. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the Living Area.

There is wireless Internet and TV's in all rooms with cable & Roku. Fully equipped kitchen with range, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig with complimentary coffee. Walking distance to the resort, Starbucks, grocery and more. We love the location. It is central to everything, quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to many great restaurants, golf courses, beach, shopping and activities.

This property is not part of Omni’s resort; and does not give you access to any resort privileges or amenities. However, it is a short walk up to the world class spa, restaurants & bar. Boys & Girls NCAA Golf Championships are held at the resort’s golf course in May. Use of the resort pools may be available by buying a day pass through ResortPass.Com.

Popular nearby activities include Legoland, endless beaches, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, Carlsbad Flower Fields, and Carlsbad village by the sea with an abundance of charming shops and restaurants and mile-long paved seawall for walking & running. Come stay and enjoy all the beauty and fun of coastal North County San Diego!

Great place for our family of 4! Check in was very easy (and check out was straightforward as well). We loved having the kitchen space and multiple bathrooms. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely return!

Wonderful Location, Well Appointed Condo

Host was very kind, responsive and accommodating. A bonus was a brand new pack n play with mattress that we used for our 22mo old son. Loved that this condo faced the pool, not the resort street entrance. Quiet and well-appointed.

Perfect place to stay for our convention

We had a convention at the Omni. This condo was so much nicer than the hotel and more affordable as well. It had everything we needed and more. I really appreciated that it was stocked with plenty of paper products, soap, and more. Thank you.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our small family reunion in Carlsbad. It was exactly as advertised. Very well maintained and clean. Excellent communication from property owner. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Carlsbad.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom condo on the grounds of the La Costa Resort. The condo was EXACTLY as described and was in outstanding condition. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Our host was excellent and informative. He was a great resource for information when needed. We WILL be back again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very Convenient and Comforable

We were at the Omni Resort for a business conference with colleagues. This condo was perfect. Just a short walk up to the conference center. Lots of room, a great place to wind down together in the evening. We enjoyed everything and would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

Great property

Omni resort was a great place to stay. The unit was very spacious, clean and well stocked. Check in was effortless. The unit has two large balconies overlooking the pool. The resort has restaurants and shops a short walk from the unit. 2 underground parking spots are a plus. This is a must return unit for us.

Too noisy and outdated for our month long stay

This unit is located adjacent to the Omni tennis and pickleball courts. Quite a lot of early morning and evening pickleball playing. And even worse, the resort groundskeepers use their blowers most every morning starting around 6.30am to clean the courts. Not a happy way to be awakened. The unit is spacious, but very out dated. Uncomfy living and dining room furniture, old fashioned art and decor, very few rugs, huge armoires. It badly needs refreshing. The beds were great. Good water pressure and hot water. Well equiped kitchen. There was a sour smell emanating from a sink in the master bath that was never resolved while we were there. We love the location of the Omni Resort and would return to a better located, more contemporary unit.

11 night stay

Parking is somewhat limited. This unit, 666, is particularly difficult to fit two cars in the assigned spaces in the underground parking. Above ground parking is limited. You can definitely hear your neighbors but no one claimed this to be a secluded spot. People went to bed early. Due to its location above the sliding garage door, you can hear the door open and close all night from the bedroom There are paintings or prints on the wall most of which are still life’s or flowers. It doesn’t really give you a happy beach vibe. Plenty of plates and silverware. It’s like they went to bed bath and beyond and filled two carts. The bathroom in the master is nice and was remodeled. Great shower. There are not, however, any grab bars or other safety gear. We never did figure out how to get in the bathtub safely. There are a bunch of tennis courts and there is a constant drone of tennis balls being battered back and forth. Not really annoying but sort of always in the background like road noise. The pool was not heavily used. No idea if it’s heated. On the other hand, limited pool noise. The hotel lobby and restaurants are some distance from the condo. Nothing special. Again sort of fading. All in all we liked the condo. Very clean and reasonably quiet. We’d stay there again.
