* 32 miles to Southgate of Yosemite Entrance (mountain roads)
* PRIVATE Hot Tub
* PRIVATE pool - available April - Sept
* Private Patio with propane grill and plenty of outdoor seating area
* Sleeps up to 14 people
* put infants and children in guest total, no unaccounted for guests
* shares driveway/property with cottage guest house, otherwise completely private for your use
◇ Ring doorbell camera at front door pointed towards driveway capturing motion detection only
* minutes from local conveniences, 20 minutes to Oakhurst, 15 min to Chuckchansi Casino
Extra cleaning fee if departing on Holidays (see info in ammenities) DOUBLE UNIT CLEANING FEE if departing on 12/24, 12/25, 7/4 and Thanksgiving. Fee goes directly to the cleaner.

We are working professionals that love to host individuals and families from all over the world. We have a family of 4 children (3 adults and 1 still at home) and 2 grand children. We have lived in this community for the past 17 years and it is our desire to share it with you. We can assist with any suggestions you may need regarding this area. My husband is also a local musician and you may see him playing at local evening events in the area (especially in the summer).

We thoroughly enjoy hosting people and families. We love to provide an experience that is inviting, comfortable and in good taste. We strive to provide an environment of relaxation and restoration for you. The hot tub is a great bonus overlooking the hills and creek area (water in the winter time - dry in the summer).

This house can easily host a large family, easy indoor/outdoor hosting. Perfect for summer and winter gatherings. The kitchen is open to the living room area so the chefs of the gathering are not left out. You can make it as formal or informal that you desire.
