This luxurious architectural marvel with 50 ft. on the water is a rare find at one of the most exclusive addresses in Destiny East. The stunning floor plan boasts views from every room, and the sweeping southwest exposure offers a front row seat to brilliant sunsets and views of the lake and Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is top quality with a spacious center island perfect for entertaining. There's a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, a covered porch and ample seating.

The soothing infinity pool and spa offers peaceful relaxation and amazing views. Indoors is a large living area with a fireplace, soaring ceilings and large windows and doors everywhere bringing the great outdoors inside. There's an upstairs living area with a mini-kitchen. Each room is well crafted for privacy, style and comfort. Destiny East is a gated-community offering easy beach access, a resort style pool and fitness area. There's also a playground and tennis courts. It's located in the heart of Destin, famous for upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Nice and quiet location

This is a clean and luxury property perfect for families and friends very close to the beach! We spend most of the time together enjoying the pool grilling outside! Perfect place to relax!

Great vacation

The property and house is absolutely gorgeous! Pictures do not do it justice. We had a couple cleaning issues, but the property management company was very quick to respond and got the issues resolved quickly. I was very impressed with their service.

Great family vacation!

The house and pool were great for our adult children and grandchildren. A quiet upscale neighborhood close to the beach. Our littles loved riding in the golf cart to go to the beach and get ice cream in the evenings. A perfect place for our family vacation!

Spring Break

Great layout for multi-families. Kitchen was perfect for dinner and the pool/lake view was fun for all. Two entertaining spaces was nice for later in the evening when the kids wanted to watch Disney and the dads watched March Madness.

Beautiful Home! Excellent

Absolutely gorgeous home....very comfortable and relaxing with great views. The home was very clean and well kept with amazing views, especially at sunset. It's in a great location with a 6 seater golf cart for use. We would definitely stay here again. One of the nicest homes we've ever booked.

Excellent vacation

We had 7 women spend the week and had an amazing experience. The living areas (inside and out) met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was huge and had all of the things we needed to cook in and enjoy takeout. The fridge was nice and big and it was great to have an outdoor fridge as well. The grill was easy to use The pool was the perfect size for us to enjoy. I do think that it would have felt tight had we had kids jumping in and out of it but for us to relax and enjoy it was great. The hot tub fit us all and there were some technical difficulties with the panel occasionally but the property manager was easy to get a hold of and the men that came to fix it were Knowledgeable and kind. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our needs. Having the “golf cart” was all we needed and we are so glad we didn’t rent a car. We could get to the grocery store, beaches and restaurants easily and having the 6 person cart allowed room for grocerie to be packed in it. The location was just perfect. We were able to get an uber a couple times when we wanted to go a bit further but there was no need for a car. We stayed the last week in April and the pool water was so warm and there was no need for heating at that time of year. I do wish the pool deck had a few more full length lounge chairs (there were only three) but there were plenty of other comfortable chairs to use. The grass was pretty burned up and the landscaping could use some love but that did not impact our stay

AMAZING VIEWS

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Paradise Cove. The pictures do not give this place justice. Any issues that we had the staff were extremely quick in resolving those issues. W would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Everything was great

This is a beautiful home and well kept. The home has a great layout for multiple families larger group. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well and it was nice having the bikes and golf cart already at the property. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay at this home again.

Beautiful Location beautiful house

Couple things pool was way to hot and had too much chemical turned silver black. Needs newer pots and pans. House exterior needs some upkeep my husband had to fix 3 tiles on the back porch that were tripping hazards. The beach is absolutely gorgeous!!!!

Wonderful Family Vacay

We had a large group and were all comfortable with the accommodations. The house is modern and clean but some things were confusing. We had a hard time figuring out how to use the patio fireplace as well as the outdoor speaker system. We were never able to figure out the speakers unfortunately. The mini fridge on the patio didn’t work. We all enjoyed the pool and the golf cart was a fun inclusion. Overall, an awesome experience for our family 😁

Everything you need to enjoy Destin

Our stay was everything we expected and more. Paradise Cove sits in a great location with upper deck views of the ocean across the lake. 3-5 minute drive via included golf cart to the beach! We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful for families

Had a wonderful stay at Paradise Cove. The property is beautiful, the furnishings are lovely and high end. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and made cooking a breeze. The outdoor lanai and pool/hot tub area is fantastic and the view is top notch. The community is wonderful for walking and taking advantage of the included golf cart and bicycles. The beach is a five minute walk to public beach access. We did not avail ourselves of the common area fitness room or neighborhood amenities due to our short stay, but they were close by and in very good condition. We would love to return to this property. Kelly was fantastic and very responsive. Using the portal to communicate with echelon was very straightforward and easy as well.

Did not disappoint

This house is in a great location. Easy walk or golf cart ride to beach as well as several restaurants. The house is beautiful and all the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for two families and pool and hot tub were great to have. Had some issues with pool heater and Kelly was really responsive in attempting to fix it. The added family room upstairs was also great to have so that our teenagers could hang out up there while adults relaxed on main floor. Pool towels are not provided so make sure you bring those with you. Overall a great week.
