Family fun

This was our first time in Destin and had a great time. The beach was easily accessible and was beautiful! The golf cart was very useful and parking at the beach was no problem. A couple of days rain showers kept us off the beach but the grandkids enjoyed the pool instead.

Wonderful vacation

The place is amazing. It's very close to the beach. You can rent chairs and an umbrella from 9-5 and come and go to the beach as you please. The management team responds quickly and addresses any issue you might have. We had a great week and will be back.

Great house!

The house was great overall. Very beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and bedding. Some cleaning under the furniture could be improved, but overall was very clean. It had everything you need. We had some initial problems with the check in and golf cart, but it was resolved by the management quickly enough. Overall, communication with manager/owner was great. The location is amazing, we are regular there, so we already knew where we are coming. it's a beautiful, quiet, gated community very close to the beach.

Felt like Royalty!

Beautiful home. Decor was cute and beach vibe, yet sophisticated and elegant. Having private heated pool was amazing. Busy street on front side, but trees and bushes give you privacy. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Close to beach, but did rent golf cart having baby and parents in 70’s. Used credit for bike rentals & teens got good use of them. Had a great week overall.

Overall great experience! Great location!

The house is located in a beautiful gated community!! Just absolutely gorgeous location!! My kids were disappointed the ping pong table was broken in pieces & not able to be used! And I would suggest a nice deep cleaning of the living room furniture & wood work! But those are simply suggestions that would have given this home a perfect rating!! I still give it a 4 star rating otherwise!!

Lovely home

We were very happy with the house. It was clean and comfortable. We had a large group and we all felt like we had a lot of space and loved having a full bath in every bedroom. The pool is small but it was nice to have one at the house. We also enjoyed the neighborhood pool a couple of times. The ping pong table at the house is not usable. There were also no paddles or balls available. Renting a golf cart is a must to get your gear to the beach. Parking was a little hectic but we managed to get a spot most times. Overall a great stay!

Dining room furniture chair legs broken. Outside furniture ripped and stained along with living furniture. Shower in upstairs bathroom leaked dripping water to the living room unable to use the shower entire stay. Pool was dirty!

Was disappointed with the overall appearance. Stuffing coming out of pillows on the patio set. Blinds were filthy. Had to have the luving room furniture and dining chairs cleaned, as they were filthy. Bad lighting in bathrooms. Have to pay for elevator if you want to use it. Access to beach is at least a 10 min walk. Pool area and back yard back up to hwy 98. Loud cars, motorcycles, etc. No privacy

Beautiful Home, minor issues

We traveled with three families and had a comfortable week long stay. Each room has its own bathroom which was extremely helpful given the age ranges of our family members. The house is decorated nicely and temperature was kept cool throughout our stay. The beds and pillows could be improved considering the cost of the rental. The kitchen table had some chairs with loose legs as well as the third floor master bed. Several rooms had ceiling fans that were not working properly. On the day of our arrival I received a call that the refrigerator was not cooling so maintenance brought out a smaller one which worked out ok. We were limited on space in the replacement refrigerator and the repairman didn’t come back to fix the main fridge. Other than that, we enjoyed the rental and it’s amenities. The beach is a short walk and the owners provide several chairs, umbrellas, as well as a wagon for the beach. Aside the minor inconveniences, we had a memorable vacation and would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean and great location but we experienced some negative things for example the fridge did not cool, we had milk orange juice yogurts vegetables ice cream MEAT and shrimp in there and they came to “fix” it and said to wait 24-48hrs but by then we would of checked out and it still never cooled it in fact got hotter. Then the outside deck lights did not work as well as the pool lights did not work so it was completely dark out there by the evening. Was told they would stop by to check it out and never did. The gas grill had no propane and I was told they would refill them and they never did, I had to go buy my own, the hose was also leaking making it extremely difficult for us to cook on it, Was told it would get fixed and never did. Unfortunately we were really disappointed being we payed a good amount of money for a nicer house to have all of these things happen.

We did just have the fridge repaired before your arrival with new door seals and our maintenance teams place new propane at all of our properties weekly. Birthday Vacation

This is an amazing property. I loved the bedrooms and the master suite on the third floor is very spacious. I have a few nitpicky issues but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again: 1) The pillows on all of the outside furniture need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear 2) The sofa and chairs in the living room need to cleaned because they are stained 3) The blinds on the doors on the second level need to be replaced because they are damaged. Finally, I think the use of the elevator should be included in the cost of the rental and should not be a separate charge. We had an issue with the elevator but the staff was very helpful and sent someone out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house is very nice. I recommend this property and would stay here again. We had a perfect week and enjoyed the area.

Nice accommodations. The proximity to the beach was great (especially with a golf cart) and the private pool area was just right. The community pool and playground for the kids was used often.

Very nice family home

This was very nice The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and updated. The pool was small but perfect for our needs. We had an 11 month old baby . Although we brought our own, they provide a highchair, baby gates and a portable play yard . The house does back on to a busy street but there is a hedge. Was pleased with everything. The management team was helpful with our Christmas packages

OVERALL PROPERTY WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. A FEW SUGGESTIONS, A HANDYMAN NEEDS TO RESECURE ALL TOLIT PAPER HOLDERS AND THE BOTTOMS OF ALL BLINDS ON EXIT DOORS. THE PATIO FUNITURE IS DATEDED AND TORN. THE FAMILY ROOM FUNITURE IS DATED AND STAINED.

Perfect for us!

Beautiful property! Couldn’t ask for much more. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, convenient location, responsive property Managment company! Enjoyed the movie theater at the clubhouse. It gave us a sense of normalcy considering we haven’t been to a movie theater in 12 months due to Covid.

Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for over sixteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping 14 to 30 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.

Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.

Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.

In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
