Designed to impress, this dramatic home features 16' high great room ceilings, 85" Smart TV, 8' electronic fireplace, wine room with wet bar, pool, spa, gourmet kitchen and premium bedding will exceed your expectations for comfort and entertaining. We strive to take care of the small but important details for your health including such things as fans in all of the bedrooms, air purification system, hot water circulation, soft-water and RO drinking water.
Located just off London Bridge Road the property is close to shopping, golfing at public courses and the Refuge golf club. Shopping at the mall, dining, the launch ramp, casino ferry, lake and downtown attractions are all within a ten-minute drive.

The building of this custom home is the fulfillment of a dream for Gail and I. During the summer months our family uses it to enjoy all Havasu has to offer. Our boats and water toys are stored in the RV portion of the garage year-round.

We designed this home to be modern and dramatic. Its Viewpoint Estates development is the hottest new location for construction in Lake Havasu. As a first-class renter, you will not find another comparable rental property option in this price range.
