When bringing a boat or jetski's, follow boat/jetski trailer parking directions from rental agreement.
Loss of pool key or boat parking tag will result in a $100 charge. The rental agreement will have the wifi password and where to find the key.

Absolutely gorgeous little condo located centrally right by Rotary Park close a beautiful beach area , and the beautiful pool was very refreshing. The place was spotless and I definitely will go back again. Thank you Eveline

We had a great experience overall. The property was only 5 minutes from where we launched and in a great location right by the London bridge and close to everything you’d need from restaurants to stores and gas stations. The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for our stay. It Unfortunately during our stay we had an issue with the toilet needing to be replaced suddenly (out of ours and their control) Eveline contacted us right away and got us into a unit within steps of the original condo. She went out of her way in what would be a very stressful situation with two small kids to make it as stress free as possible. We enjoyed our vacation in Havasu & recommend staying here .

This is a clean, and complete one bedroom condo with a very helpful owner. If we are in the area again, we will definitely request this location. The condo is centrally located, situated for adults, quiet, and close to everything you would want to do at the lake.

This condo is perfect! It’s very nice, clean and roomy. The furniture is very comfortable and the layout is perfect for a one bedroom condo. The property is in a great location that is walking distance to lots of restaurants, the channel, Rotary Park, and the London Bridge. The host is very nice and responds to your questions within minutes.

Great Location

Loved our stay in Havasu! Condo was in a prime location. Close to everything you need. Lots of great places to eat, close to the beach. Everything is within walking distance.

50th birthday

This place was so warm and homey. Short walk to the Rotary park and London bridge. All the neighbors were very friendly. Elaine was bet easy to work with. The couches and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. The condo and the whole complex was very clean. If we go back we’ll be staying here again.

Another Great Stay

This was our fifth year of staying at Lakeshore Village and our second in Eveline's home. We are considered short timers by other members of the community as we only stay a little over a month. Eveline's condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Her appliances are up-to-date and great quality. Furniture is very comfortable, also. Love the patio to enjoy the sun for lunch and the afternoon. Eveline is very through when issues come up in the complex by informing her renters. Thank you for another great stay!!

Awesome location and property

The condo complex is located by an amazing park and the beach. The condo was lovely and the owner was available for any questions. Met many of the local residents in the morning at the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball court they were all very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. This is not a place for young party animals as the atmosphere is family, calm and relaxing - just what we were looking for. Loved it.

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Furniture and bed very comfortable. Full kitchen and living room area with smart tv. My husband especially loved the recliner. Although not a large condo, it was well stocked with all essentials we needed plus there was a storage area to tuck away our suitcases and closet space for clothing. Nice patio area with table chairs and grill. Since we did not have a vehicle when we stayed there for the full month of March, location was important. We pretty much walked (my husband did rent a scooter) everywhere. Would definitely stay again. Eveliine was so helpful with any questions we had. Thanks so much Eveline😊

Hi! My name is Eveline. My husband and I moved to Lake Havasu City in 1994 to start our boat and jet ski rental business which we ran for 25 years! We raised our family in this town and have deep roots. I know this town and the lake better than most and would love to share all of our favorite places to go with you and your loved ones! We now live near Flagstaff, Arizona and enjoy the 4 seasons again! I travel to LHC regularly, an easy drive, to check on the condo.

Our condo is meticulously kept and cleaned after every single guest. There is a separate area in the complex for Boat parking or RV parking. The complex is private and in a very desirable part of town.
