Sketchy

The house was ok, the neighborhood quite sketchy, I would not recommend. Even during the daytime I would hesitate to go for a walk there. Plus there was something in a couple of beds which bit my husband, my son and myself and was terribly itchy. We had to wash and dry everything we had with us upon return home. The owner did not care to reimburse us or provide any reports on the insects.

Christmas gathering

Furniture not as pictured. No living room rug. Trash in front and back yard. No instructions on checking in or out. No info on WiFi. No dish towels or pot holders in kitchen. No cutting board or wine glasses. Christmas dinner was hard to serve. Brought our own paper plates and cups. Neighborhood very sketchy and constant train noise and walkers in the street. I couldn’t communicate at all with the owner through VRBO. She asked me to call and get her cell number. Called her and she had us meet her sister (who was very nice) with cash for dog fee although I’d offered many options to get it to her. She did give us a discount for extra night but was before we saw the place so would not have stayed an extra night. Luckily didn’t see the last review talking about insects in beds. Our beds were ok except my son’s twin bed had thick plastic on both beds making it loud and uncomfortable.
