Welcome to Crescent Cottage!!
This adorable home boasts charming character throughout and is decorated with a stylish modern farmhouse flare. It is located right around the corner from the Crabtree Farms wedding venue in Southside Chattanooga! A 7 minute drive brings you to Downtown where you have attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, the Chattanooga Zoo, the Walnut Street Walking Bridge and more!

Our Favorite Things:
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 people. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses and the living room has a queen pull out sofa bed.  Enjoy a large tiled walk-in shower in the master bedroom or relax in the jacuzzi tub for a evening! You can gather around the kitchen and dinning area for meals or a game night. The kitchen is full stocked with plate-ware, cookware, glassware, and silverware for your stay. We have a Keriug and provide a medium roast or a dark roast for coffee!
Crescent cottage is only minutes from Chattaooga and 7 minutes away from some of Chattanooga's best restaurants! (See below for a list of restaurants) Attractions like Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline railway are all between a 12 and 15 minute drive.

Things to Know!
1. Location - Please know that this home is located in Southside Chattanooga which, like most of Downtown and surrounding Chattanooga areas, is in the revitalization phase. Neighborhoods and homes surrounding this one are being rebuilt as the area is expanding with growth from the city. This home is located in a quiet urban community with friendly neighbors and it is conveniently located near most of the city's best attractions and restaurants!

2. There used to be a rooftop balcony above the home, but this is no longer a functional space on this property. Please do not climb on the metal circular stairway behind the house!

3. Weather and Outages!  Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

Great place to stay!

This house was clean and easy to check in to. It was in a great location, not far from restaurants and attractions. We stayed with 3 other couples. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Clean property and enough room for all of us! Was a little confused by the earplugs, although there is a train track nearby we only heard a train go by once!

Cute cottage fairly close to downtown. Classic architecture and spacious bedrooms. A little tricky to find the parking around back down an alley. We enjoyed our stay.

I was completely shocked when we arrived. While the listing technically mentioned the area, it was worded in a way that did not accurately reflect the reality. The neighborhood felt very run-down and unsafe, nowhere near what we expected based on the description and photos. Inside the house wasn’t any better. The pictures made it look clean, updated, and well-kept, but in reality it was the total opposite. There were cobwebs everywhere, and the whole place felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make things worse, VRBO was no help at all. We reached out immediately, explained the issues, and provided photos, and they still offered no real solution. For the amount of money we paid, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful. I’m leaving this review so no one else gets misled the way we were. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Short stay in Chattanooga

The house was very nice inside. The house itself was a little bit old, but everything inside works and has been modernized. We were provided with everything that we need so it was great. We had more than enough soap, shampoo, cleaners, towels, extra quilt, etc. Since there's not really parking on the street, we have to park in the back yard which is covered with gravel. Our van was a little big, so it does require a little bit more care to drive in and out. The general location of the neighborhood is OK. Very close to downtown Chattanooga and the I-24 freeway. Overall it is a great place to stay with great value.
