An oasis in the downtown area, wonderful newer house, newly professionally decorated, only 2 miles from the main downtown attractions, UTC, Erlanger, comfortable home, well maintained, fully stocked, everything brand new, enjoy a 3 bedroom home with a leather queen sofa sleeper as well as a leather futon to add more sleeping room, in a wonderful quiet safe neighborhood for less than the cost of a hotel room, a warm and cozy home where you will feel perfectly comfortable, enjoy all that Chattanooga has to offer and have a fabulous home to go to after all the fun! Why drive when you can stay just a couple miles from all of the activities?

Quick Trip to the Area.

My family enjoyed our 2 day stay. Very close to Lookout Mountain, Rock City and Ruby Falls. The house was very comfy and convenient for my elderly parents.

I grew up in Chattanooga and always enjoy coming back home so it seemed logical that I should buy a house there. There's so much for all of my four children to do there and so much to see and the location is so awesome that I couldn't resist!

This location is so close to everything downtown has to offer! A five minute Uber ride, 2 miles to the Aquarium and even less to the Convention Center!

It's so close to everything Chattanooga has to offer! At the foot of Lookout Mtn and right in the downtown area but not so close that you can't sleep for the noise! It's the perfect spot!
